    Another well done and informative video, thank you. One question... are all the lots stripped of trees before selling? Is the developer planning to clear cut the entire development? If so, please let us know. I'm looking for a forested lot surrounded by other forested lots so something like this is not an option.

      The trees are a selling point. I don't think that is a possibility.

      I am just finishing the land-development of 20 acres in Mt Juliet. In my effort to keep a natural, Tennessee, wooded feel, I did none-geometric, Selective Forestry Clearing, leaving a full forested outer boundary, plus forested wildlife corridors and wooded passage ways among the 3 designed, clearings. Even the clearings themselves still have gorgeous hardwoods and gatherings of pines. Additionally, per your search requirements noted above, our rolling, wooded & select-cleared 20 acres, is COMPLETELY surrounding by massive wooded tracks owned by neighbors not wishing to sell. Our lot is 20-25 mins from Nashville, but it's true, old-school Tennessee living, nature and quality of life. Very rare property. It also is TDEC Septic approved for 15 bedrooms! There is a fat 6" water main right at front of the gated drive. We won't be listing for about another month, but if you were looking for some truly incredible and deeply wooded land, I think we are finishing up on what you need.
