Here's a list of 15 dumb challenges I've thought of:
1-Pan only challenge.
2-Playing with no sound.
3-Molotov only challenge.
4-Inverted mouse challenge.
5-No crouching or prone challenge.
6-No sprinting and no vehicles allowed.
7-Extreme slow mouse sensitivity challenge.
8-Similarly, extremely fast mouse sensitivity challenge.
9-Snipers only challenge, but you can't aim down sights.
10-The only person you're allowed to kill is the last guy left, challenge.
11-Constant motion challenge (you always have to be full sprinting, no stopping).
12-Make 'em count challenge: every time you shoot, you need to reload, and only single fire allowed.
13-Playing in black and white (I have no idea how that'd work I'm just listing dumb shit that might work).
14-One house challenge: Only allowed to loot 1 house the whole game. No big buildings, just modest houses.
15-No reloading unless the mag is empty, so if you shoot 20 bullets off your AKM and you have 10 left you gotta make do.
Bonus challenge: you have to play pubg with your legs, so that Fugglet is forced to do a leg reveal x)

I got a challenge for you: after each kill, you have to drop the weapon you killed the player with. you can loot everything but you cant pick your own weapons up again.

Additional, the greedy one: you must drop the weapon you killed the player with instantly, no shooting at other players, and you need to loot the dead body before you can do your next move

This is not my idea idk who's it is but the replacement challenge: every time u get a kill, replace your whole inventory with theirs including weapons. It might have to make you be careful not to kill anyone in the late game where looting is very dangerous. Good luck! And you can use anything before your first kill

Will I'd say with an extended that it's fine. Without that it can be risky with 13 bullets
vector prototype actually as it used glock 45ACP pistol mags .... IMHO they should have made the UMP-9 the UMP-45 with 25 round mags and no extended mags and the Vector the 9mm variant with 20 and 33 round mags. would have made much more sense balance wise :/

TBAG [Epic Gaming] use the Uzi because the vector isn't the highest firing rate. It is slow but feels faster because of the limited ammo capacity. And the Glock isn't a fast firing gun. I would use M249/Tommy gun and uzi.

Berserker Challenge: You must reduce the level of health to the extreme mark and do not raise it during the whole round.
Third Person Challenge: Win a game by only using third person and no ads
Gun Game Challenge: 1st kill has to be with pistol. 2nd kill has to be with shotgun. 3rd kill has to be with smg. 4th kill with an AR. 5th with a sniper.
For extra challenge, add a melee kill before pistol or add crossbow in at the beginning

Reaper challenge.
Use any weapon and equipment you like, but you are only allowed one reload/ weapon. Once it´s empty, you have to toss it.
Melee is always ok because you don´t have to reload.
Bonus rule. Equipment can NOT change gun. Once you attach it, it goes with the gun. (makes the M4 a bit less go to I´d say.)
This applies to optics as well.
Bonus point if you ever kill someone with the "last" bullet.
Extra bonus point if that bullet is a bolt.
I have an idea, The glass cannon challenge. No armor, no helmet. And you have to try to find a sniper and only use that. Until you find a sniper you can only use pistols.

1. The Ironman challenge: Iron sights only, no armour, no bag, iron pan and no vehicles.
2. Carmageddon: can only kill with your car.

This challenge would be super hard but probably fun using only grenades would be sick, you can also use mollys, stuns, frags, and smokes

I have a kinda cool (But not necessarily that difficult) idea for a challenge. You just can't use the map, and tape a piece of paper over your mini map so you can't use that either. Maybe cut a tiny circle in the center of the paper so that you can see what direction the circle is, but nothing else. Although it would potentially be sorta cool to not have that and have to figure out where the circle was by looking at where the blue walls are going towards, but that might be too cheap in the final circles. Anyway, I feel like this would really change the pace of the game and test your knowledge of the map.

been watching this guy for like 2 weeks now; tries to replicate his game play, dies in the first 5 minutes haha.
Challenge: Only loud guns, no suppressors, can only be in big cities or on roads to advance to the next circle, exception would be if the circle doesn't have any cities or roads in it, but you cannot hide in grass or bushes, only behind tress and buildings. No cars. 3PP. Boots are mandatory.
This Challenge is about being the biggest target in the whole map and how far can you survive it.

Challenge Cavalry is here : Top 10 ( or 1 C:) with S1897 and Revolver (you can use upgrades for shotgun , but can't use supressor for R1896) . You can use helmet and backpacks , but can't use armor . Also can't use vehicles ( because there is no horses in PUBG :C )

Tommy Gun (Suppressor allowed) + P1911 (Any attachments), Body armor, No head armor, No backpack, and only Dacia for vehicles. Plus you have to say "Myeah see" at least once everytime after you kill someone.

Survivor Challenge: once the first circle appear, you're not allowed to take items and only utilize everything you have in your inventory
brother in arms challenge: drop at the crowded area and the first weapon you take, will be the only weapon you have and use from the beginning to the end

Scavenge challenge: every time you kill someone you drop all your gear (including weapons) excluding helmet vest backpack (including meds) for everything the other guy has.
Knight challenge: only armor, heal and melee. Crossbow optional. No cars, no guns, no backpack.

The no heal challenge: just don't use any healing
The Defender/Avenger Challenge: Attack only those who you saw firing at someone else (not you).
Mad Max Challenge: You keep try to win using only a car, the double barrel shotgun and nades, molis. Find your gun your car and win for the love of Valhalla.
bandage only challenge gonna be fun. XD
WW2 challenge: only weapons made before 1945, eg. R1895, Thompson smg, kar98k, the double barrel shotgun, and the pump shotgun. Also no sights and a max of level one body armour and level 2 helmets. Medical supplies are unchanged.
Noise Challenge: No crouching, slow walking or crawling, you must run and stay standing no matter what.
Loving off the loot challenge. Can only take stuff on ppls bodies. So punch first person to death then use his gear
Hardcore Ninja Challenge!
you can only use the melee weapon and throwing weapon! armor is optional! if you want real hardcore ninja, no armor should be good choice.

Challenge of Mimicry, you may pick up the stuff you wish in the start but, everytime you can you must kill a player and then drop everything you have and take what they have in return no matter if they have good stuff or not. After the first kill you may no longer pick up loot from non kills
Do the Django challenge, only use the revolver and the Kar98k

Gun game challenge: After each kill you have to use a different weapon to kill someone else.
Mafia challenge: Only weapons that are used in the mafia can be used, so that is the Tommy Gun, UZI a crowbar and armor, you can’t use a backpack 🎒 for the rest your free to go

Challenge; You are only allowed to kill one person with each gun.
In other words, when you have killed someone with the akm you can no longer use that gun.
This looks like magic to me.
Some of the challenges being mentioned in the comments are difficult. Wouldn't even force my worst enemy to do some of these insane challenges lol
