I've been wanting to ask something about the diana runes can you explain to me the difference between phase rush and electrocute and when it's best to use one or the other?
If you go in and use all your combo you feel like its not enough dmg to kill them and then they kill you fast? Get phase rush, if you feel like if you go in and burst them youll kill at least one or two and make enough time for your team to follow then electrocute
