We all familiar with White Sauce Pasta. But here I have tried Brown Rice in White Sauce
with some veggies. One of the healthy option for pasta. Try this different & delicious recipe.
If brown rice is not available at your place, used regular white rice.
You can add cheese directly in white sauce.
Take vegetables as per your choice.
Add seasoning according to your taste.
Ingredients:
For White Sauce:
2 tbsp butter/ghee
2 tbsp maida/all purpose flour
1.5 cup milk (at room temperature)
For Brown Rice in White Sauce:
prepared white sauce
cooked veggies
cooked brown rice ( can used regular white rice )
black pepper powder
oregano
chilli flakes
salt
cheese (optional)
