I don't know if you'll cover this in your bootleg hunting guide. But I've been messing around with the ritual candle. If you turn off autosaves before you perform the ritual and recycle the same tape everytime the world encounters will always be the same. I tested it out by sacrificing a Salamagus and going to the same square ten times. Every time it was an Earth Salamagus fuzed with a Dandylion.
@@minegagadoli I was thinking that each monster may have a unique seed that affects it. I was going to test it out more by recording multiple Salamagus and seeing if when I release them if the raids change at all. But a save seed could also influence it!

Without sacrificing Fusions/Refights/Shirtless/Shadow will always spawn in the same order and same locations while attacks will always hit/miss in the same order and passive effects from stickers will even activate in the same way.
You can save AFTER sacrificing, and if you don't like the fusion just reset and go to a DIFFERENT location (fusion) or sleep to pass the day, every day the pool is different. But if you save after the fusion is spawned on the map and reset, you lose it forever. That's because when you exit and re-enter the game resets the map to empty (deletes all the spawned stuff) and you're already past the "time" for that fusion spawn so it never has a chance to spawn again. Of course everything spawned AFTER your save point will be the same every reset..

Glaistain is not tanky, if you're taking more than 3 hits in the face you're almost certainly dead. The Resonance status is the least of your concerns with Glaistain. A different story is a real tank monster, never use a Glass bootleg tank or you're begging for Resonance.

A fun set-up movelist i started using was echolocation, lightning paint, and a bunch of prestrikes on two monsters then switching between them to keep procing the passive. Feels broken.
Do not waste a Candle on the Traffikrab, a certain entity will drop a tape that forces a monster to be a Astral Bootleg when used. You should naturally find this entity and if you get the drop on them the reward will make getting Astral Bootlegs a lot cheaper and less time consuming. Saving 50 Fused Material is too big to ignore.

The shadow of the player character. 1% chance of fighting it when you run into it and spawns with an astral version of your party, along with infinite ghost, so if you take a Trafikrab and make an Astral bootleg. Or any bootleg, for that matter. Want an astral Khepri? Or how about an Astral Bulletino?

TBH that drop is WAY, WAAAY harder to get than a Ritual candle. You should absolutely use a candle and not waste your time hunting for Black Shuck. Also the Candle should be a random drop from Archangels refights post-game. You can fight them again and again with no limits and drop Candles (not sure if only some specific fights drop the candle or not). They also drop the 100% catch rate tape (maybe a different set of fights from candle drop? not sure)
In one of my safe files I went to the bootleg house and got a metal bootleg sirenade. And then on my main account I was trying to hunt for a bootleg sirenade and I got another metal bootleg. Then on my other account I got another bootleg metal sirenade.If it happens one more time i'm going to scream.
I know im late, but I saw no mention of the move New Leaf. New Leaf removes all status effects of the target. It may default to targeting your beast, but u can use it on enemies. Remove their buffs. Removes walls, too.
Not bugged. You get +1 AP if you start the battle with the electricity power active. Guaranteed, 100%, start with 3 AP. Doesn't work on rogue fusions, archangels, trainers and such because you can't start the battle with the power active.

Not sure if you ever figured it out but the fridge and file cabinet can give items I'm not sure what the conditions are though
I check everything and sometimes get coffee or rewinds it’s nothing great
My only tip is to avoid using glastain. It can get the resonance status effect quite easily and insta die.
underrated but if u gambit/ghost with glastain you can take advantage of its strong attacking stats and very good speed to kill before you die

Funnily enough it also removes the "revived" status so you/the enemy can revive again XD
Another tipp: dont buy the bag that lets you have 3 ap from the beginning... its buged and dosent do what it says (costs 10 fusion shards)
