In my case revenue authorities wrongly mutated our hasab rasad rakba khewat in the name of panchayat under punjab village common land while the said land does not fall anyhow in circumference of common land act 1961
How long does declaration suit take to get decreed in trial court,? I know it depends on case to case basis but I’m requesting to know average number of years
Sir I have a doubt...we shld not mentioned any section or what evidences we adduce in plaint...But sir mentioned if we dint not mention S.6 of specific relief Act...Then there will be no difference between regular suit and this suit as no appeal lies....so how to mention the same in plaint...
Sir suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction can also filed against the forest department and revenue department before the filing the plaintiffs prayer is that recovery of possession but the govt intention is that the government are not in possession in such situations plaintiffs can amend their pleading instead recovery of possession to permanent injunction along with declaration it's maintainable sir please reply sir
