    Inspite of full payment they kept on postponing delivery n to top it up no one is interested in any communication... Finally I cancelled n got my refund . What a relief reading the comments.

      So so luck ,my ola S1 AIR dilivery on 29 0ct 2023 ,and on 6 November,the scooter got stop ,no service and nothing,they take 18 th days to start the scooter

      ​@@pravingiri8068same here. It took 37 days for them to replace the battery of S1 Air. Now again the scooter is in the service centre for 12 days.

    Bro, these issues are not in all bikes, but S1 pro and old S1 are best in industry. I also faced many issues but still it's worth it.

    I'm experiencing a recurring issue where, after covering some distance, the throttle stops working, as shown in the video. This leads to a significant decrease in performance, accompanied by excessive heating of the hub motor, triggering an automatic switch to parking mode. It takes a while for the hub motor to cool down. Unfortunately, this overheating has damaged the motor, necessitating a replacement. Additionally, there are problems with the charging functionality; the scooter's power button becomes unresponsive, and it randomly turns off. These issues predominantly surfaced after a software update.

    हमारा भी यही हाल था भाई , हमारा स्कूटर तो लेने के 7 दिन में ही सड़क पे बंद हो गया था और सर्विस वाले इतना घुमाए जिसकी सीमा नही है

    Hey , is that guy was able to resolve the throttle issues not working until the speed drops below 10km/h after the system update?
    Facing the same issue since day one.

    It seems that 2nd gen ola scooters have more problems than 1st gen...not good for the company...no one will buy its product second time like me ...not gonna recommend anyone to buy even the upcoming ola bikes...

      I am also s1air.. too much bug issue.. freeze and trunk and side stand bugs...20days only... service centre also don't have solution..worst experience too me

    My uncle who is 70 yrs old brought this vehicle and we placed a service request on may 9th and till date that 10 th June no one called showed up or called us to resolve the issue

    Gen 1 was better than Gen 2 it seems, which is concerning. I own Gen 1, few glitches and issues remain, but for an year the scooter worked fine, until the handle bar became loose, my god, they did not give any service, I had to take the vehicle to the service centre!

    I got my air before 1 day of diwali, they delivered it on 13 days
    Pros
    1. Good pick up
    2. Comfortable seat
    3. Good performance
    Cons.
    1. Sometime touch pad doesn't work, may be some bugs there
    2. In normal mode it serves 80-90 km not 100 km
    3. Drum brakes could be better
    4. Price range little bit higher
    If you want roam in city this is a good choice

    Services at sale point are worse. At the time of delivery even demo is not given. Only how to charge is only explained. No other things told even after insisting for demo about working. Most worse services received at sale point.
    Next day after purchase dashboard is not working. Olas1air is standing in parking due to not working of dashboard ( after purchase of Next day)
    After purchase ola s1air is ideally standing due to not functioning. Singe km vechicle ola s1iar not able to run . Feels regret about purchase of olas1air

    Facing the same throttle issue...it slows down suddenly to almost 5km/hr while driving at a speed of 30km/hr
    Pathetic service..they didn't fix even after giving for service
    And they also stole my helmet

    Worst support actually. They said initially that it will be door step service and now they doesn't even addressing the support issues. Could book a slot in service center as it is showing full all the time. Very very pooor

    We are also fessing at the service issues. Display is not working reboot is not happening trunk is locked sum important thinks in trunk but not possible to open it.manually not working sum times mobail app will work but display not showing.
    Service is very very worst. I completed the morning 11am still we are not getting any response to the ola call centre or service centre. Totally it's a vest of money to buy an ola scooter. Please anybody is planning to buy please please don't go through the ola scooters.

    WORST SCOOTER - I had same issues and to add to all these my scooter dosent start at all - i should reset and do all the things or leave it aside for 10 to 15 mins and it starts

    If ola does not fix these and other ASS issues, then Ather Rizta may take over, they have larger seating, and hopefully better battery and boot space.

    Ather vehicles are not available and they don't know when they will come that's why i brought ola totally disappointed panel gaps and scratches on vehicle experience centre is waste of time and ola centre not contacted after so many mails and messages vehicle is still in experience centre after 6days also no update and no one contacted made a big mistake by buying olaa😂😂
