Karsten Lindstrom which you can absolutely do. There are hundreds of guides on how to do this without oil. You just have to have a good knack for estimating how much water so it all evaporates by the time the water is extracted from the vegetables I do it all the time. No need for all the negativity.
I think he was at that point where after making the soup, he would go to the toilet, but then he wouldn’t go to the toilet but jump out of the window instead .... he couldn’t stand the pressure knorr the stress put on him by the camera crew

What I like to do and recommend is when marinating a steak use 10 beef stock pots and 1 gallon of oliv oil. Grill it then finish it off with 1 liter of olive oil and 2 beef stock pots. And for a side vegetable 3 vegetable stock pots on the side.

Vegetable soup is one of my go to recipes for using up any passed their best veggies. Chuck in some chopped bell pepper and a handful of tiny pasta, it’s minestrone. Add pearl barley and its scotch broth, add potatoes and dumplings and it’s a vegetarian Irish stew. I’m married to a vegetarian so I rarely cook with meat but I do love veggies.
