Changing your OTP to your email address is riskier. If someone has your logins and email +password you’re done.

Does not work in South Africa. You need to change it at an ATM apparently or phone in.

It is possible. Some banks allow SMS and email OTPs.
Can't say for certain as I've never used Zenith.
