      Right, Acre is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities.

      It was destroyed when the Israrlites came to the promised land in Joshua's time.
      The walls went down into the ground.
      Rahab and her family had a red cord in the window of the wall as a sign of salvation...they were spared.
