What's happened since I lost my hearing!? BSL- "HELP!"

I decided to tell all about my journey through doctors appointments and hospitals. I figured I would take 5 minutes since I was doing something else but it went on much longer.
"Help" in BSL is a fist on the palm of the other hand and push away for "help you" and pull towards you for "help me." I think it's quite handy to know.
please forgive the intro, there was supposed to be a cut. I think the sound went a bit awry halfway through because my speech to text seemed off compared to what I was saying in editing
I honestly expected that this video was going to be a lot shorter but I think explaining the whole process is important to understand what's happened between the hospital and myself. It's been a long time in the making too because of the mistakes that have been made.
