So, I'm curious and decided to try your strat today, it worked until I defeat the boss on 2nd phase where it seem to despawn faster in my game than in this video which causing the mob enemies to appear earlier before I could redeploy my operators, so I guess they patch it out?
You shouldn't kill the dragon on its second phase so you can redeploy your operators in the next cycle. The dragon may look like it has 0 HP in the video but it still has a bit of health left. The dragon's death is indicated by the disappearance of its health bar.

I brought Saria not for her healing, but for her S3 (arts dmg amplification). If you can kill the boss without Saria, then sure you can use Shining/Gummy for healing
I managed to do it with M0 S3 saria, but the timing is going to be a bit different on the first phase, make sure you get extra dp and deploy her earlier

You need to have masteries for everyone if you want to completely mimic the run, but feel free to use the remaining operator slots to compensate for the lack of masteries

You can use Ethan (E1 is fine) if your Ling isn't M3. You can also add operators to compensate for the lack of DPS

Is the level gonna affect with the medal? I have most of the ops here maxed out or decently leveled.
Wisps take damage based on hits so levels won't matter for the most part

Ling keeps on letting an enemy leak after the first phase
If Ling is leaking enemies, just add another operator to help her. Even a level 1 Rangers can work

I kill the 1st phase of dragon too fast with higher level operators, so Ling can't redeploy in time.
