Red Bull have once again lost one of their higher ups to a rival team and it seems like that everything that happened at the start of the season is really ruining the team from the inside. Starting with a public leadership feud at the start of the season, the exit of master designer Adrian Newey, as well as failing performances in recent races, all the way to now once again being blind sighted by a top employee jumping ship. The question is, will they recover from this, or are we witnessing the downfall of Red Bull in real time here?

Indeed, we saw it when people from Mercedes went to RB and Aston and some other teams because they won everything. Then this wheel turns again.

Poor effort at creating drama where there is none. The guy got a great job offer and its a big step up....nothing more.

Really? Jumping ship? He took a job as a team principle. This is simply showing that Red Bull has been creating great talent and with only so many opportunities within a team it is normal for people to move to different teams where opportunities arise. No devious intentions have to be attached to it.
