This song ended and I full on went "Wait, what? It's over? Huh?" which is one of my favorite reactions to a song like this.

It really bothers me that it’s not longer and ends abruptly, I mean, do this with literally any other franchise and I won’t bat an eye, but do this with The Legend of Zelda and I will lose my mind
I love the subtle differences in lyrics between Link and Zelda. As the triforce of courage, Link is more practical and hands on in his perspective, and, as the triforce of wisdom, Zelda is not afraid to let faith guide her.

Zelda having the Wisdom to know, "This is how it HAS to be."
Link having the courage to proclaim, "This is how it WILL be."
One without the other either way would be fruitless.

Wonder if "Everything's Dark" is also reference to Link to the Past (with Dark World) or Original Legend of Zelda.
In botw, Zelda makes a similar statement in Link's ceremony. Interestingly, it only seemed to reference child timeline events (ss_oot-TP), but other dubs referenced windwaker and alttp.

Hate to nitpick, but zelda says a different thing compared to link in the final sentence. While he Says “‘til the Sun” Zelda says “I will Pray” then combines into “will rise, into peaceful skys.
Dang, this was amazing. I've been playing a lot of Tears of the Kingdom, lately. Very good song that ties into the game's story. You did great! 👏👏👏
This has now got me thinking of a third game after tears of the kingdom. Given the demise curse brings ganon back every 100 years and he was sealed for that long he might just pop up again and they might finally use the tri force as a main plot device.
Or it could be possible that the dragonification of the two main components of the Curse (given that people theorize that it’s a battle between Demise and Hylia, that Link happens to be as Hylia’s champion as the first hero) and that Dragonification, plus Link managing to Slay Hatred in it’s supposed immortal form, Might have Damaged the curse beyond Sustaining, or if sustained, greatly altered… at least, is my head canon leading close to what I want to happen. And keep even if Nintendo says otherwise.
I didn't know what to expect when I clicked on this song, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the immediate lore references and then completely blown away by the epic chorus! I think this captures Link and Zelda's determination to protect their kingdom and their trust and faith in each other so well. Definitely adding to my list of songs to put on repeat!

My Favorite part in all of Cami’s songs/covers is whenever she belts and goes full fortissimo. Maybe it’s cuz I’m a metal fan that loves vocalists going to 10 but her voice just lends itself very well to being loudly emotional in the way that she does

This is beautiful! Playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has been an awesome experience and this song represents that experience excellently.

Another Fantastic song by Cami-Cat! Have my body feels like the hairs are standing on end! During the song I revisualized the scene of Zelda holding Link's body as he collapsed after just protecting her. Honestly Botw has the best story IMO, Those memories of the past put a whole new level weight upon Link and Zelda's shoulder's unlike any game before or after it. Any story that accurately makes you feel the weight the characters are forced to bear. Well they are telling the story right! And this song makes me relive through those moments in each game but especially BotW

Ok I love this. I’m a longtime Zelda fan, been playing the games since I was little. Been loving TotK to death. And this song is sooo good. I might be overthinking this but I think I picked up some references to the older games as well as the lore and I ADORE IT! On top of that, it’s an epic track. Awesome work. I love the little detail of Zelda having wisdom and Link having courage, since in past games they had those parts of the triforce! There’s also part of the lyrics where I’m unsure if it’s referencing Ganon having the triforce of power, but it is capitalized so I think so! LITERAL CHILLS OMGGGGGGGGGGG!!
