Afrikan's have tried everything from banning NGO's to registering them as foreign actors/agents to the west/US's opposition and threats; and here now we are----an opportunity has literally just fallen on their laps. The Kinyarwanda speakers in the DRC are tired of the killings and injustices that are being done to them even if they take the leaders to defend themselves. remember the reason why there are people who speak Rwandan in the DRC is because of the meeting held in Berlin in 1884-1885 that divided Africa into new borders at that time a part of Rwanda was given to the DRC, causing the people who lived there to become Congolese, the DRC government treats them as foreigners (Rwandans) without injustice most of them have spent almost 30 years in refugee camps in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, etc. the world was silent on their plight
