Chewy corn muffin, savory and soft corn muffin recipe

    Corn with an attractive chewy and popping texture :)
    It's delicious to eat on its own, but it's also often used in baking.
    Actually, baking with corn is not easy.
    It is a difficult ingredient to handle, so if done incorrectly, it can end up with a sticky texture.
    Or you can barely feel the unique scent of corn.
    So today, while preserving the scent of corn as much as possible,
    I tried adding the soft and fluffy texture unique to muffins.

    ▶Ingredients
    ★Mold size Φ 58
    100g Eggs
    100g Cake flour
    90g Sugar
    60g Unsalted butter
    60g Whipping cream
    60g Milk
    40g Corn flour
    40g Almond powder
    30g Canned corn
    10g Honey
    4g Baking powder
    2g Vanilla extract
    ▶How to make
    1. Mix room temperature eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
    2. Add sugar, whipping cream, and melted butter and mix well.
    3. Add all types of powder and mix until no raw powder is visible.
    4. Add milk and mix lightly.
    5. Fill the muffin tin about 60-70% with batter.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 23 minutes.

    옥수수 쪄놓은거 냉동실꺼 입속으로 처리하기 바쁜 요즘,

      휘핑크림을 전혀 사용하지 않는다면
      버터 양 20g 정도 늘려주시고
      우유는 50g 추가해주세요!
      똑같은 맛은 아니지만 비슷하게 맛날거에요😁
