Depending on what her canon powers are (which of the in-game glyphs and abilities are canon and not just simply made for gameplay purposes only), I think she is just as powerful, if not more
@wallacesousuke1433 Considering she needed Dominus to defeat Dracula while Richter actually beat him on his own, I'd say it goes to him. Belmonts are just so overpowered by the lore
@@gv82089 late here (thanks, YT notifications...) but I disagree, Belmonts can only beat Dracula thanks to the Vampire Killer, Richter got mind-controlled by Shaft, Simon got cursed by Dracula and didnt even realize lol Trevor needed to team up with Sypha and Alucard to beat Drac, Julius was assisted by Alucard and others in order to beat Drac for good, etc.. I'd confidently say that Shanoa and Soma (and I'd throw Alucard in here too) are the most OP, versatile and skilled protagonists in the entire franchise, being able to use Dracula's power, summon, use magic, have mastery over tons of weapons, use AoE's and ranged attacks, heal themselves, as well as having abilities that make them impervious to any attack.
@@wallacesousuke1433Soma definitely but Alucard and Shanoa are not as strong as they seem. The whole reason Ecclesia happens is because humanity feels defenseless against Dracula without the Belmonts. Only the whip can kill a fully powered Drac, and only a Belmont can wield the whip. Shanoa had essentially what is an anti-Dracula nuke with Dominus, but she needed to sacrifice herself to use it. Though I can see her and Alucard as overall more versatile fighters, they would still be at a disadvantage in a fight
@@gv82089 how would they be at disadvantage vs Richter? The whole plot of SotN is that you needed to spare Richter and target Shaft, so basically Alucard was holding back against him.. If an adversary is superior to another and the weaker one is holding back against them, that would've been a guaranteed death sentence. And then you compare the skills and arsenal used by each character.. I seriously don't see any scenario in which Richter would be able to beat them. How would Richter even be able to land a single hit when Alucard can teleport around, turn into toxic mist and use shields? Also, soul steal, so free heals anytime :D And Shanoa also has shields, can use parie to go through walls and become intangible, can heal herself at will, has tons of AoEs and ranged attacks, and like Alucard, can summon creatures to assist her..
