This is great. Simple instructions. Uncomplicated demonstration. Excellent actor that can draw you in and make you chuckle with facial expression. A bit of Bill Paxton in this guy. Kudos.
I just did this sleep test last night. My dr, who I see for chronic insomnia with accompanying anxiety, ordered it for me. I have not found any information on whether or not this particular test even is able to determine when you are awake and when you are asleep. I am pretty sure that I do have sleep apnea as my dad has had a cpap for 25 years now and I definitely snore like him. Over the years, all my boyfriend's and now husband complain about the snoring and how it sounds like I stop breathing. But this particular testing device is nothing like the ones my dad has tested on. I hope this testing device was able to record my sleeping I know for a fact I couldn't fall asleep before 3:00 a.m. And I was awake at 7:00 a.m.. That was a pretty good night for me yet nowhere near enough sleep needed to function on a normal basis. Anybody reading this happened to know if this does report back the amount of sleeping somebody actually did? And I definitely did not like the sensor on my fingers I definitely wanted to pull it off a few times
How did your test turn out, dogmomma4019? Here is a video that explains how the WatchPAT records data and how that data is analyzed. It is hard to follow, but perhaps useful for your question: ruclips.net/video/07Znw9KfwhQ/видео.html
Does anyone know what to do if you have to get up and pee in the middle of the night? Do you remove it, try to only use the other hand, even for washing, what?
You leave it on and use the other hand. It's supposed to be on your non-dominate hand anyway which is usually not used in wiping for most people. You can always ask questions when you pick the device up at the doctor's office before taking it home.
The actor, in trying to be comical, is distracting. Would be much better to have a medical professional demonstrating this product, while talking us through the process. We require useful information, not entertainment in a video-doc like this.
Lol you act like this is a “do it yourself surgery” that requires complete silence and requires 100% of your attention. If you were unable to follow this video even with the so called “shenanigans” then it’s you with the issue, not because the actor gave a half smile in the video.
@@mslizzybell19 ummm I started my comment with LOL. (Laughing Out Loud). Pretty sure you have to smile to laugh. Come on.....you can do better than that. And I’m a blast at parties....square people like you might not think so because I don’t eat gluten free foods and take shots of wheat grass.
@@sjcali6161 lol I liked your comment not gonna lie, but I was actually talking to the original poster (Marsha). Not you, you actually see the innocent humor in the video as I do. Lol I was the one who thumbed you up too lol Sorry for the confusion. 😁....oh and you seem fun at parties SJ
