@@abisabis7011 the only time it's useful is when parking. Just move your head slightly to the left or right when needed, no point wasting that extra view the rest of the time.
Yes, when a passing car leaves the view in your rear view mirror, it should be seen in your side view mirror, this eliminating blind spots.
