- Raju Rai from Team Gymkhana faces Bikram Thapa from Team Rage in yet another rematch where the last fight had a very controversial ending with Bikram Thapa being declared as the winner. Will it be revenge or repeat?
Gymkhana Fight Night (GFN) is a privately organised combat sport event with semi professional rules for both Boxing and Muay Thai fights organised by Gymkhana Muay Thai in Association with Nepal Boxing Association and Nepal Muay Thai Association. GFN was created to promote and provide a platform for Nepali combat sport enthusiasts. Although, GFN is a privately organised event to assure fair play, Gymkhana Muay Thai has joined hands with Nepal Muay Thai Association and Nepal Boxing Association which are the two recognised government associations in the sport of Muay Thai and Boxing in Nepal. All rules and regulations, judges, referees , glove size, supervision of gloves and equipment and/or accessories during the event has been carried out by the Associations and Gymkhana Muay Thai has no control over such issues. We would like to thank the Nepal Sports Council, Nepal Muay Thai Association and Nepal Boxing Association for their continued support towards the development of combat sports in Nepal.

Good fight guys, lots of heart on display and some good classic technique particularly from Raju. I’m an ex MT fighter who used to fight in Bangkok in the late 90s and early 2000s but I spend a lot of time in Nepal these days so I found this very interesting. Buckram showed plenty of heart and I thought he did pretty well considering his lack of experience and technique. But I believe Raju with some better sparring and more ring experience showed he has some promise. A piece of advice for Raju, vary your attack’s and angles. Raju clearly has skill but comes in very straight and after an exchange walks back in a staight lines which makes it easy for Bikram to charge straight at him and give him problems. Raju vary your foot work and angles not just in attack but when moving out of range and use those pretrained pad work combinations to think about your attacks a bit more. I realise when you fight a guy from a different style with basic technique it can cause problems...but you are fighting in the classic tougher style with good technique...try to think about your attacks more and set traps...you could have ground him down and pressured him in 3 rounds with superior technique and power, your kicks have good snap. Anyway great fight and it’s good to see a potentially quality MT scene developing here. 👏🏾

Raju Rai is better composed with good mixer but Vikram is good counter attacker. But Vikram lost energy after the 3rd rounds and could catch the pace as before.

These should have been at our time for sure Mr. RANA AADEEP would had literally beaten all of ours ASS OFF. He's one of Hardcore Fighters.
