If Serena and Venus' father was of European descent he'd have his own television show, radio show, designer clothes line, restaurant chain etc. Everyone would want a piece of him. We'd see him constantly being interviewed on every major news station and every morning and night talk shows. We'll it is ok because they can never change the fact that not only are those his daughters, but they are two of the best players of the sport, and he was also the coach of those daughters from the very beginning until relatively recently. Wow what an A+ father! Those daughters still love admire and revere him. Love the little interview. Non-pretentious all the way. What a guy, what a gentleman!

This man deserves a medal. I know men are ment to look after their kids but especially in the ghettos the easy option is to run away from your responsibilities he did the opposite and raised two champions and for that he forever has my respect and admiration. God bless you richard!

Amazing man. I'm so glad to have an opportunity to listen to him. Could you imagine being the father of 2 daughters that dominated The sport of tennis to the point where they had to play each other? I mean... seriously.... sit down, relax and take a deep breath, now imagine this.... You beat everyone and now there's no one else left but, your sister.... to play with. And not just once!

Haha, there is one part in this interview that particularly makes me laugh. Richard Williams explains that the greatest threat to Serena could be an unknown player. The interviewer then asks 'who would you see as one of those unknowns'? How on earth can he be expected to name an 'unknown' player?!!
