hi, well done on these rocky single, and slippy steps. wandering which tyres and pressure you use on your 890 ? do you have crash bars or plastic protections of lower tank are efficient ?
Thank you very much. I’m using a maxxis maxx enduro on the front as I mainly ride off road and a Motoz desert ht on the rear. This are aggressive tyres but have performed just fine on the road sections. The only form of protection I use are barkbuster hand gaurds and a good thick skid plate. The OEM tank protectors are really good.
I do recommend it. It’s extremely well made and does improve the sound as I believe the sound of this bike is it’s biggest downfall. I have dropped the bike multiple times on both sides and have not scratched the exhaust at all. It’s still like new.
Very good traci!!!
That looks like some hard single track sections for an ADV bike. Nice riding!
Thank you dude. I do love the more challenging trails!

@@advweekender5709 thanks for sharing your experience 👍
Can you recommend the Sc Project Slip on? Is it a lot exposed for drops like e.g. the Akrapovic?

@@advweekender5709 I assume you only have the slip on, and not de-cat pipe? I'd be more interested in shedding heat generator next to the shock
@@eriknash8783 yes dude just the slip on. We will see in the long run whether the shock holds up.
Which kind of gps mount do you use ?
Thanks
Hey dude. I use the garmin Montana GPS mounted on the garmin rugged mount. I then use a quad lock for the phone
