സാർ ഡേറ്റ് ഓഫ് എക്സിറ്റ് അടിച്ച് എത്ര നാൾ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പി എഫിലെ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും നമുക്ക് പിൻവലിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും?.. സാർ പറഞ്ഞ അനുഭവം എനിക്കുണ്ട്. അഞ്ച് വർഷം ജോലി ചെയ്ത കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നും റിസൈൻ ചെയ്തു ഏഴുമാസം കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് അവർ എക്സിറ്റ് അടിച്ചു നൽകിയത്. ഇപ്പോ ഒരു മാസമായി. എന്നോടൊപ്പം റിസൈൻ ചെയ്ത പലരുടെയും എക്സിറ്റ് ഇതുവരെ നൽകിയില്ല. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് പോസ്റ്റ് ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് കമ്പനിയുടെ ആവശ്യപ്രകാരമാണ് റിസൈൻ ചെയ്തതും..

ഹായ് സാർ' എന്റെ pf ൽ നിന്ന് ആദ്യം പണം വിട്രോ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു എന്നാൽ ഒരു വർഷമായി ഇതിൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.ക്ലയിം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ആധാർ കാർഡ് അപ്ടേറ്റ് എന്ന് കാണിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ എന്റെ ആധാർ കാർഡ് അപ്ടേറ്റ് ചെയ്യ്തതാണ് കമ്പനിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞത് ഡിക്ലയഷൈൻ വേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് പറയുന്നു. എങ്ങനെയങ്കിലും ഇത് ഒന്ന് റെഡിയാക്കി തരുവാൽ 'സഹായിക്കുമോ please മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

സർ ഞാൻ ഒരു കമ്പനിയിൽ ഒരു വർഷവും രണ്ടുമാസം വർക്ക് ചെയ്തു 2023 ഫെബ്രുവരി 17ന് റിലീവായി.. പി എഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ലാസ്റ്റ് കോൺട്രിബ്യൂഷൻമാർച്ച് 15 കാണിക്കുന്നു.... ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ പെൻഷൻ കോൺട്രിബൂഷൻ പിൻവലിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി നോക്കുമ്പോൾ സർവീസ് ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല എംപ്ലോയറെ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അത് ഞാൻ തന്നെ ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു... പക്ഷേ മാർക്ക് എക്സിറ്റ് കൊടുക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുമ്പോൾ സർവീസ് പൂർത്തിയായ ലാസ്റ്റ് കോണ്ട്രിബൂഷൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ് 60 ദിവസം ആയില്ലെന്ന് കാണിക്കുന്നു... ഇനി മാർച്ച് 15ന് ശേഷമാണെങ്കിൽ പോലും മെയ് 15 ലേക്ക് 90 ദിവസത്തിൽ കൂടുതലായില്ലേ സർ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് എനിക്ക് എക്സിറ്റ് മാർക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കാത്തത്... സർ ഞാൻ കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നും പിഎഫ് എക്സിറ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ എക്സി ഡേറ്റ് വർഷം മാറിപ്പോയി. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇപ്പൊ പിഎസ് ക്രൈം ആവുന്നില്ല. കമ്പനിയിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോ എക്സിറ്റ് അടിച്ചത് കൊണ്ട് രണ്ടാമത് എഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ ഒരു റെസ്പോൺസ് ഇല്ല. ഞാനെന്തു ചെയ്യും സാർ. വർഷം ചെയ്ഞ്ച് ആക്കിയാൽ റെഡി ആവുന്നതാണ് മെസ്സേജ് വന്നത്.
