Thinking about purchasing this BUT putting together doesn’t look fun at all! Why most of this isn’t already assembled I don’t understand. Glad it worked for you!
The video shows the incorrect direction for the screws on the pulley. The plate without the hook holes should be the side from which you insert the screws so they screw into the holding plate.
Thank you for this comment! I was so frustrated thinking they sent the wrong hardware. HUGE sigh of relief reading this comment. Also a little ashamed of myself that I couldn't figure this out haha
Hello. I bought two electric curtain rods with ZM79E-DT Zigbee motors. And both motors make strange sounds when idle. As if a rotor is constantly spinning inside the motors. At night the sound is loud enough and prevents me from sleeping. How can I make the motors not make a sound when idle?
When installed, what is the distance from ceiling to bottom of rail? I want to know if I will be able to open balcony door without hitting the rail when curtain is opened.
Buongiorno avrei la necessità di smontare il motorino montato a sinistra, mi potete dire l'esatto movimento da effettuare ho paura di spaccare qualcosa, grazie
Beware. I ordered two. installed the first one with no problem. The second one had a mix of older end-caps( square )and new motor (round.) Zemismart sent replacement end caps. I didn’t notice that the thumb drive was not in the box, probably because the older models, which was everything in the box but the motor, did not have a thumb drive. Zemismart no longer will respond to my emails about getting a thumb drive. The curtains will not work via phone or Alexis or remote without this. Completely unable to use the curtains as I intended.
The assembly is not funny. The most problematic thing for me was that the grub screws for the connecting elements are fixed from above (from the ceiling side). This means that the entire (!) rail has to be pre-assembled on the floor and then attached to the ceiling in one piece. In my case it was 6.3 m and 7.7 m - that's no fun. It's quite a fragile construction as long as it's not attached to the ceiling. It would be a great improvement if the aluminum profiles had threaded holes at the ends and the grub screws could be screwed into the connectors from below. Then it would be possible to attach the system to the ceiling segment by segment.
I’ve spend about 4 hours to assemble this one. It’s absolutely not easy, but the result is good)

@@BabyDiego10599 because you can't mass produce all possible dimensions

Do you have a copy of the manual can i have the picture on how to set up the remote control
How should I do tô install only one pulley in order to open the curtain in one direction. From left to right. Not in the middle, in both directions?
I will support this question. Can only one pulley be installed ??
Did any of you solve this?
@@rochbrz4105 Yes, only one pulley could be used. Both ends of the green belt goes to the one pulley!
Perdi a tarde inteira fazendo isso há e ainda a fita enrolou dentro do driver
great. video was good help. love the electric curtain
From wall to wall I have 3,37M. Is het rail lengt measured with or without the endcaps?

Vorrei sapere come si fa a farla aprire solo da una parte . Cioè una sola apertura tipo da dx a sx
It's impossible to find an instruction video for wall mounting. The hardware they send you cant do the job without major modifications. Buyer beware!
dear, wall mounting is easy to do it, just fix the wall brascket with screw

Cutting the belt is near impossible. Did you use titanium scissors?
I used my cheap scissors and it worked just fine.
