Hello. I bought two electric curtain rods with ZM79E-DT Zigbee motors. And both motors make strange sounds when idle. As if a rotor is constantly spinning inside the motors. At night the sound is loud enough and prevents me from sleeping. How can I make the motors not make a sound when idle?

I love Zemismart but they need to to start using LORA.

bom dia, talvez vc esteja passando pela mesma dificuldade, mas em algum momento apos alguma atualizacao, a entidade do totalizador do consumo e de producao nao sao mais fornecidos, tentei atualizar a integracao e nao deu certo, tentei reinstalar o dispositivo e a entidade sumiu em definitivo do HA. Nao aparece nem nos ocultos, desabilitados e nao disponiveis. Sacanagem, minha automacao toda baseada nessa entidade e os caras mexem, fazem m e para de funcionar.

Very unstable. Loses connection repeatedly even if nearby M1 Matter Hub. Lacks several features that other smart LED controllers have (it doesn’t even support setting up if it lights up or not after a power blackout).

The assembly is not funny. The most problematic thing for me was that the grub screws for the connecting elements are fixed from above (from the ceiling side). This means that the entire (!) rail has to be pre-assembled on the floor and then attached to the ceiling in one piece. In my case it was 6.3 m and 7.7 m - that's no fun. It's quite a fragile construction as long as it's not attached to the ceiling. It would be a great improvement if the aluminum profiles had threaded holes at the ends and the grub screws could be screwed into the connectors from below. Then it would be possible to attach the system to the ceiling segment by segment.

Entre wifi e zigee, existe diferença to tempo de atualização dos dados de medição no app? Pois creio que o protocolo zigbee seja mais focado baixo tráfego de dados para funcionamento mais ágil de todo o sistema, porém a leitura instantânea dessa variedade de dados elétricos tornaria um gargalo frente a um medidor wifi.

I have now tried a few and I want to say this belt system is the best. Far better than those green, rubber ones. I still have a few questions: For larger windows, using center close, how do you have the system work with multiple panels? I am using the 4-5 meter systems. This is close to 200 feet. What is max weight it can handle? Those hooks on the end that cover the battery and end clip pieces would not stay up. They just kept drooping as if I was pulling on it to trigger open/close motion. I want to use one I had initially purchased for a dual track system for a longer window for a smaller window, how do I remove track without messing up the metal belt? Is there a video? Is there a multichannel remote that is compatible? I now have 4. I want to do more. I have had some issues but feel there are more “pros” vs. “cons” with the Matter Zemismart track.

Is it possible to release the Positioner after it has been installed to dismantle the track in sections? If so, how?

How wide is the "control panel" - the bit that houses the micro usb connector? Knowing the usb port dimensions and judging form that, seems to be around 5mm, but for some reason I can't find any schematics anywhere.

This system drops all the time with Google Home and does not reconnect once the internet connection is re-established. It requires a new setup. It also throws off your establish center and even more challenging is you need a right/left opening vs center split. Finally got something from Apple to act as a hub, Homepod first then the TV and if the internet connection goes down, the Apple Home App just refreshes the connection and it is reestablished most of the time. However, I can just still tell Siri to open/close the drapes via the HomePod. Also Zemismart makes it hard to do a wall mount or dual track mount on the wall. If you have a 2-story area, you know why you need a wall mount. Also these go off center and if you install something heavier than a sheer, it doesn't work well. Zemismart should publish any weight limits. Those side hooks (that hide the motor), cannot hold up real draps. So unless you are gettin the lightest of light linens, sheers or store bought window coverings, not the best solution. Lastly, please do something about aesthetics and a multi-channel remote instead of a new remote per track.

Will these work with just one carrier arm and extend the full length of the track? I have a window that is covered by a single long curtain that extends from stored left to covered/closed on right, not two curtains that meet in the middle.

don't be fool, This hub is not compatible with WIFI smart plugs, so the bridge to apple home is useless.

Does this work on WiFi too? Or only BLE?
