But in shadow dragons , Bulma had said he could even surpass ssj4 , and he did , he fought on par with Ssj4 Goku against Omega catching him off guard sometimes , and in GT Perfect Files was stated as strong as Goku ssj4 as well , this all comes after Goku increased his full power in ssj4 by a lot with help of others.

The design and move set are terrific, I loved the re-use of the character and his renewed relevancy, as well as the tie-in to baby by using Dr. Myuu as his co-creator. Additionally, on the V/A side, more Chuck Huber is always a plus for me. Big fan of his. It was always funny to me growing up that he wasn’t seen very favorable. Never really understood why, especially since the vast majority of the shenron-related villains were so one-note and pointless; I think that made him look even better by comparison.

Transformations are their own characters because they have completely different stats and movesets when you transformation its 90% a different character so forms take up skots hence 3 gogetas and 3 brolys.
Missing some characters compared to Tenkaichi 3 but gets a pass since they've added new ones that Tenkaichi 3 doesn't have. Hopefully they'll add the ones missing from that and more through DLC. Also we need Bojack, Cooler, Dr. Wheelo, etc. Need those movie characters and Dragon Ball characters. Then after that just add the oddball characters that don't make much sense like what DB Legends does.
Kid Goku is in middle slot w all the Goku forms, King Piccolo top next to piccolo, no base Cabba swap for SS or SS2 next to SS Goten NO DOUBT! look at all the saiyan kids placements from the left side to the right side, God Toppo, Frost, GREAT APE next to Goku & Analiza, Super 17, GT TRUNKS, last 3 slots Tao Pai Pai, Master Shen, Pirate Robot very iconic DB figure and GIANT! , .
