Wow Dima can cook pansit. Well done Dima. Pansit bihon the noodles are a bit tiny and a bit shiny or called glass noodles while pansit caton the noodles are a bit thicker than bihon and bit yellowish. Nice vlog Andrie....good !!

Very excited of you finding a cheaper ticket! I told my family from it. My dad was born and grew up in Samal.
Anothe great vegetable to add to any pancit is cabbage at the end. So, you can add some colors to your pancit. Bihon and Canton, we normally used pork meat but with sotanghon we use chicken. It is so nice that all you enjoy eating our dishes.

kalamansi/lemon/lime plus soy sauce (toyo) or fish sauce (patis) will enhance the flavor of any pancit dish.
That is nice month to come back to Philippines, September. That month usually lesser rain, cause rainy season starts at June and will peak at August,. When you return to the Philippines you can buy bihon, sotanghon or canton you can bring it to Russia hand carry because it's very light .
Although that noodle bears no semblance whatsoever with PANCIT BIHON as it looks more like a DRIED UP LOMI - am sure it is delicious and the effort is definitely endearing.

We call it pansit bihon guisado, it is better to eat that with calamansi or with lemon. Just squeeze a little lemon in the bihon
