Great question actually, there's no great reason :) i think Vitamix was already full or i thought it will not be easy to do it there, but in reality Vitamix would've worked great, i think i didn't know how much milk I'm gonna use to get that consistency so i thought food processor is better but actually i used lots of milk so Vitamix would've been much easier.
strange how aquafaba didn't work, but I guess that means that it's not a great egg substitute. Maybe it's the type of aquafaba? Thoughts on one made from flax gel?
I guess it's a bit of both, could be the type but also it works for some recipes not all. Flax gel never worked for me, but let me know if it does :) thank you for watching
These look amazing, great video and recipes!
Thanks so much! 😊
@@Veganisyum Do you think another plant milk can be used apart from oat milk?
@@enari09 if you mean with the dates then definitely yes, use soy or almond milk they should work just fine :)
@@Veganisyum thank you. Yes I meant with the dates
Yes more dessert recipe please!!
Thank you for the interesting and creative recipes. I could imagine that silicone moulds would work for the nougat.
Thank you! Yes i thought so too, just couldn't find them while filming this, but yeah it will be easier to deal with and more uniformed :)
Thank you I love snickers
Thank you for watching :)
Thanks for the canola oil tips!

I actually want to try the "failed" ice cream recipe
I am going to make a video about that soon, i just need to make a new patch as i finished the failed one :)
Looks amazing!
Thank you 😊
Wow
Just curious, why didn't you use the Vitamix to make the healthy ver of the caramel as well?

love the experimentation and sharing of results - this is what youtube videos are all about :) Thanks for the insights@@Veganisyum
I've seen a recipe about nougat. The cook cooked aquafaba for some time to reduce its water content: ruclips.net/video/EpckR0N0tzM/видео.html
Thank you, I'll try that :)
you misspelled : how to ruin snickers 2 ways
Thank you, you're super nice 👍🏼
