    I not only have family in China but also in Singapore. Whenever I travel to Singapore I always make it a point to stay in Kuala Lumpur at least a week before heading back to Los Angeles 😍

      @@Shekumanstravel I’ve always talked about retiring in Malaysia or even in Thailand as both countries are very amenable towards expats. And if I end up in China, I think I’d live in Shenzhen or Xiamen 🤣

    Malaysia is the hub of Asia. It is easily access to other countries of the world for example like Europe, America, Middle East , Asia and South East Asia. Malaysia is a modern country and Kuala Lumpur is among the top ten most visited cities of the world by foreigners. Surely, Malaysia ]s not underrated only foreigners who are left so long behind to know Malaysia. Malaysia is also a member of the Commonwealth countries. Malaysia is a food heaven with diverse cultures. Malaysia is a truly Asia.

    Malaysia is not underrated, only Americans don't know about my country 😂
    My country is quite popular, even to the west being the member of The Commonwealth, taking parts in UN Peacekeeping missions, and known to the east as ASEAN member. Popular to Muslim nations as a member of OIC and actively support Palestine. China and Japan know my country for a very long time from trade and war. Russia also knows my country, some of our military machines come from Russia. Recently Koreans making my country a hot spot too. My country is flooded by immigrants, legal and otherwise, because everyone loves my country. All the "Malaysia being underrated" comment comes from Americans 😂

    • @Shekumanstravel
      @Shekumanstravel  12 дней назад

      I understand your local perspective on your country! Don't misunderstood “popular” to “underrated” because at face value Malaysia offers a lot for foreign expats including the points mentioned compared to countries in the same region.

      @@Shekumanstravel My country is popular for expat, as mentioned being a member of all those organizations, there are many expats from members countries working here. China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Russia now staying here too. My country imports migrant workers from Bangladesh, Nepal, India and Pakistan also. And now my country joining BRICS. So, foreigners staying and working here are so many. Only Americans are recently knowing my country and they make their judgment by how many Americans staying here then say my country is underrated.

    I prefer and love for 'fun' travellers to go elsewhere, not Malaysia. We don't promote drugs and free sex cultures here. Dating here for malay Muslims means marriage.
    I love travellers to be respectful of my country's cultures and norms. Thank you for visiting Malaysia. love your channel. Come back soon. China is a beautiful country. I've been following the development there and they are amazing.
    By the way, Malaysians are known as malays, Malaysian chinese and Malaysian indian.

    KL is where you need to walk 5 miles just to be able to cross the road. It's a highway city built for cars, not people. Terrible destination for the elderly and children.
