With all the hatred spewing around, I really like this woman and her energy. Thousands and even millions of kids have inherited companies and run them into the ground and she has kept the legacy alive. Kudos.
@@DueceSpice forget the numerical, but idea is true...many inherit then future gens, like the Vanderbilts just run it into the ground weather it be a lack of discipline, poor work ethic and the root unreasonably lavish lifestyles
Well why should she have to say that. Its usually the starting point. Good for them. At least they didn't follow the norm where 1st gen works hard, sets the foundation, 2nd gen begins to lapse & 3rd squanders everything...like the Vanderbilt's
To be fair, if she was not good at her job, the company would’ve been bankrupt within three years after her taking over. it has happened many times to many multi generation companies.
I am a forever customer of enterprise. Their employees are happy, friendly and love their job. I received a free 1 day rental extension after I had a nice chat with the team
Incredible to see the journey and commitment to adaptability and innovation! 🚀 Emphasizing teamwork and mission discipline truly shows their enduring success and strong leadership.
I’ve been fascinated with the Enterprise business model since I started renting cars from them 12 years ago. I feel like they nailed down a perfect capital structure. And most impressively, the nature of the business where a heavily depreciating asset is their main expenditure, their process makes it profitable and their margins are unbelievable. (They don’t share financial info so it’s just an educated speculation)
Loved the story! The “Senior Reporter” looked and sounded bored so it kind of threw off the video. Great story, bad reporter with low energy(at least in this video, can’t speak how he is OVERALL)
I hated Enterprise before I knew about her. Tried to charge me $200 when I returned a car because of a dent that I couldn't see or feel. Some low level employee said the light just didn't reflect right. 20 years ago - haven't rented from Enterprise since!

and most of those turned the companies around and made them better. But not this one....she's determined to get things back to the "good ol' days" :D

Leading a global company in tough times shows a lot of strength and tenacity
“I started as an intern” ….she forgot to say..”Intern in my dad’s company”😂😂😂😂😂
*grandfather's. Her dad could say that though! ahah
What's your point
Yes, so she learnt from the bottom up to Manage her family business.

Only people with a broken mindset will say this. That's the whole point of a family business, passing down to your legacies.
GRANDFATHER BUILT THE COMPANY BUT FORBES PROPAGANDA IS SAYING SHE STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM??

good for you forbes for keeping the comments as they are
good straight forward story too for those interested in this space. would like to see one on hertz and avis too
This is such a great story of luck, nepotism, and why a company's service can suck so bad without any care in the world.. BRAVO! 👏👏
seems like they're adding the length of each video since this one to how long customers should be waiting
Because Jack was smart enough to only hire people smarter than he was. Even though he never went to college, he only hired college graduates.
The service is horrible with Enterprise. How are they still in business?

I definitely trust the cousin with the oversized shirt who can't make any eye contact....who's also reminding us that Hertz is also terrible.

For some reason I really hate this woman.
Because she acts like she was promoted without anyone considering she's part of the family that owns the company?
