I agree with you. You can also see that the trampoline thing link and Tulin (taba’s son) use is on the flying ship in the center of that shot. I assume that the rito build them to traverse the storm and help link
Was about to comment this! Not only do the sails look Rito made, but in every other shot Tulin is with link in that windstorm with the boats lower down. In that shot Tulin isn’t there, so I think he’s on that boat. My question is, if the Rito are all on those boats including children, what happened to Rito village?

@@Kyle-ur4mr Yeah, the "Zonai this Zonai that" the Zeldatubbers wouldn't stop talking about (specially NBC) was really getting annoying. Now I want to see how wrong they were xD
My working theory for who the Zonai lady is, is Hylia in her original form. In my head, I imagine this draconic visage is supposed to be a juxtaposition of depictions of the goddess in statues and art as a beautiful woman. Maybe the people of Hyrule heard her soft voice, and assumed what she looked like. Big "don't judge a book by its cover" moment if true.
Well, Demise was sealed within the master sword, and considering the sword was literally made into overcooked bacon... it is a possibility that that was enough to free Demise.
@@theoaremevano3227 I think they're going to have all the different major game timelines represented. I've been watching the trailer, ticking off boxes of which games have nods in there.
I think what they’re gonna do is essentially retell the history of those games a little. maybe not entirely, but just enough to fit them all together into one timeline, and say that the history that we as fans do know is kinda misguided as history tends to to bleed into mythology at times. so it could be a way to FINALLY have Zelda’s continuity make sense to some degree 😂😂😂
@@technician0096 I think so. This might also be the reason why Skyward Sword didn't get a full remake and just an HD port. There's a lot of Skyward Sword in this trailer. The creature inside the tornado for example?
I'm pretty sure the characters standing behind that mysterious figure are a Rito and a Gerudo. I'm guessing they are the ancient sages/champions from 10,000 years ago. I also think that's where Zelda is trapped: 10,000 years in the past.
After link’s arm is covered by malice, it turns the same color as the zonai‘s skin (or at least who we assume the zonai are in the latest trailer) does this mean that the zonai were attacked with malice? is that why they disappeared?
4:54 if you look to the shape of nose and then compare it with the trailer its the same nose (flat nose) like demise too!!! his head is tilted back looking up (forehead right side, chin left side) you can make out his facial features and it does look like demise. Ganondorf has a more pointy nose. Also, I think we hear Demise telling the story of Ganondorf. That a king is being revived and a new world born. When we hear Ganondorf scream, you clearly hear that this is a different voice. So yeah, I really do believe this is Demise! We're in for a treat
@@barriehannon6857 I don't think he would overshadow Ganondorf IF it's indeed demise (a big IF) I think he would be more playing the role of awakening Ganondorf and making him the demontribe king. I'm so excited for Ganondorfs return and if demise is also back, that is a HUGE plus 😁
So something I've really noticed are All. The. Skyward. Sword. References! Unpopular opinion: Skyward Sword is one of my fav Zelda games. The tornado. The monster in the tornado. The falling. The amber (the shape!!) that Zelda is holding. The bird Link rides. Does anyone else see these all?
I have an Idea for the tear medallions in this game What if each character with one of the tears are using the tear to call back to their ancestors for power. Zelda and ganondorf seem to be calling back to hylia and demise as it's pretty obvious from the trailer but also the new champions calling back to the old champions in botw. That could possibly explain how riju and tulin have their ancestors abilities now even though it hasn't been that long of a time span (probably around 6 months to a year in the Zelda world) since we've seen them.
"even though it hasn't been that long of a time span (probably around 6 months to a year in the Zelda world) since we've seen them." Judging by how Riju and Tulin have aged between games, It's probably been closer to 6 years than 6 months.
I want to point out something I haven’t seen yet, but during the evelvator scene and the scene after the strange person, it has a distorted phrase that says “The Future” and I have a feeling the elevator has to do with the Time Travel. It’s at 1:39 and 1:43 of the original trailer.
@@donebynone30 same, especially since every channel I’ve seen glossed over it, even saying they didn’t see the importance of the scene. (I may have misunderstood what they meant but I’m pretty sure they meant that scene)
So, if Ganondorf is summoning Demise and Zelda is summoning Hylia... Who is Link going to summon? I would LOVE if all the old foes returned; Ghirahim, Vaati and Zant (this clearly is the Child Timeline, at this point and the Ancient Sea Salt comes from the Lanayru Sea, not from the Great Sea... So, that's not an argument). I also wouldn't mind seeing Fi, Ezlo, Navi, Tatl and Midna make an appearance - giving their power to this Link.
@@Craigy2818 this sounds a bit too much like some MCU circlejerk stuff honestly, where characters are thrown in to make people go "WOWZERZ!!!" Then that's it. I think I'd prefer the return of characters specific to the conflict with Demise, so Fi and whatnot.
A couple ideas of the Mysterious figure. The first being their facial features look pretty dragon like. Those are also definitely a Gerudo and Rito behind them because they're holding the Champion's weapons. The original pilots of the Divine Beasts from thousands of years ago maybe?
100% dragon, probably 99% chance they're the humanoid forms of the dragon types we have seen in breath of the wild, dragons seem to be pretty important to TOTK and in fact I'm pretty sure the Zonai are a race of Dragon people who ruled the sky islands hidden before Ganondorf broke the cloud barrier, I believe the dragons we see in BOTW actually come down from the islands in the sky from time to time based on the fact we have a new dragon flying around the new plateau island
I agree with you that both demise and ganondorf is teaming up to destroy hyrule. Also I think arbiter grounds either lift up from the desert sand or link has to find the correct sink hole to enter arbiter grounds.
I definitely think it'll be a transformation as the common fan theory is that Ganondorf is the reincarnation of Demise. I mean, have you ever seen them in the same room together?
Can I just say ? I absolutely love how you leave the bloopers in the final cut each time. I mean, even if you are reading a script, it makes it feel so much more genuine, like an actual talk tbh. And while I’m here, awesome content, I love your videos :D
@Hyrule Gamer Honestly, I think they're not giving us straightforward Demise and Hylia. As in the trailer, I'm (fairly) certain Ganondorf is channeling Malice throughout his body to "rebuild" revitalize himself. That's why the glowing hair looks like fire. Later in the trailer, when Matt Mercer is monologuing, he still HAS the long hair, just pulled back into a ponytail, like classic Gerudo wear their hair.
Idk, the ganondorf scene later in the trailer seems to happen maybe directly before we see the demise-like figure. The character shown looks much larger than both ganondorf when he's hydrated and when he looks like a corpse. I wonder if both reincarnation characters (Zelda and Ganondorf) may transform to Hylia and Demise by the end, especially if the ouroboros timeloop theory has merit, I mean the logo is an ouroboros. (I'm gonna go crazy by the time the game comes out)
My favorite part is the reveal of Demise. I have been saying that the petrified individual is closer in appearance to Demise and less like Ganon. What the editing team did in this trailer was spoon feed us snips of Ganon and they wanted to misdirect everyone with this shot. Showing the body, later revealing the face but that body shot isDemise, not Ganon.
Personally I believe that the mysterious character is from the zonai tribe. By the way, how do you make this good quality videos in a few hours!!! Awesome as always
About the mysterious creature who looks like Demise, IMO it's Ganondorf. Just pay attention to the place they're both standing: it's the exactly same place with some flowers on the ground, and their clothes match. I think he's just powered up by the blood moon and transforming into a creature that resembles Demise (or perhaps he really is transforming into Demise). It's also possible to see a horn on his forehead similar to the picture carved in the mural at the end of the trailer.
Agreed, he probably won’t make a return in his form we saw in (if he even comes back at all, which I doubt) I think it’s more symbolic than anything, maybe Ganon is calling upon the powers of the demon tribe
I'm not sure that figure is demise (It would be really cool if it was), since the lines on his body seem to match up with Mummy Ganon's body. I think that shot is him powering up and revitalizing.
Also, Demise has orange flames as hair, that shot shows a thick hair that's glowing red with the Blood Moon, so I believe it's the Blood Moon restoring Ganondorf to his prime.
4:23 I have a theory regarding this scene. I think it's a flashback showing the time of the battle against Ganon 10,000 years in the past. The character in the center is the strange figure of the mural and possibly the hero of that (and possibly those characters in the background are the champions from the past, a Rito on the left and possibly a Gerudo on the right). Seeing the spots that the figure has on the part of the head could be the final moment of the battle where it leaves the green arm (maybe even his arm) sealing Ganon
One thing I noticed on that 'mysterious figure' is that under the jewlery on her forehead, that looks like a closed eye, actually has a raised bump beneath it, as if it's actually a closed eye. She may open it either in times of need, in battle, or as a 1 time power boost that weakens her a lot maybe.
The floating ships seem to be in Hebra, since it looks like Link is in the Snowquill armor. I think they have a Rito vibe to them. But Ghost ships would be Sweet too!
Ganondorf does have long hair as shown in the official artwork of him released on twitter by nintendo, so its probably ganondorf and the shot of not showing his face, just to make a moment of suspense in the trailer. Great vid tho!
The Owl/ dragon looking dude at 4:04 is Rauru from OOT. The leaked artbook confirms it. The hylians back then were much closer related to the Zonai, which explains their long ears. Rauru theoretically is a Zonai priest.
Thank you! I keep hearing people say this character was named in the art book but refuse to say his name. Been trying to find this piece of info! My only regret is I can only give you one like.
3:30 my personal guess is that it's the zonai. Because look at the clothes they are wearing and compare it to the Barbarian armor set and the new zonai designs and colors of Tears of the Kingdom. Even if they're not the ancient zonai, they might be more evolved zonai.
Concerning Demise, I assumed it was a battle phase. When we face Ganondorf, I'm sure he will at one point call upon the blood moon and just overflow with power and malice. Which could still mean Demise will take him over.
I’ve been trying to tell this to people! They worship the dragons, and the whole motif of their ruins are based on dragons! You think they’ve been hiding all this time (why they abandoned Faron?) and maybe they are the ones who rescued Zelda?
Thank you! Every single Zelda tuber I expected to say this hasn't and it's driving me nuts! Like their hair has spiral zonai jewelry in it too. Screammmmms yes we are finally seeing the zonai. Zelda esque mystery character is either Hylia herself or Zelda morphed into a closer representation of the goddess. The 2 most interesting things to me about the trailer were those 2 characters and every Zelda tuber has glossed it over so far. 😅
@@TeaRex12 i think that the zonai girl is likely a past reincarnation of zelda from 10,000 yrs ago or whenever the zonai existed, rather than hylia herself or a form of botw zelda. she shares similar features to our current zelda (blonde hair, green eyes, same clothing) but her hair is lighter, skin is darker, she has longer zonai ears, different facial features etc. maybe we might see her and botw zelda interact!!
You can see the talons and the great eagle bow with the character on the left and you can see a scimitar of the seven with the character on the right, and they look Gerudo.
I’m so excited for this game! I love your videos! Between your theories, deep dives, and overall love for the Zelda franchise showing strongly, it always make it a fun time watching your content!
I'd just like to say how much I appreciate the fact that this video has subtitles! Not many other creators put subtitles in their videos and this made it SO much easier to watch for me. Thank you!
For the character that may be Demise, one theory brings up the possibility that TotK is the end and beginning of a time loop, with Zelda and Ganondorf either becoming or summoning Hylia and Demise back into Hyrule and the Hylians going back to Skyloft. While this is a neat theory and it justifies why the setting never seems to progress beyond its equivalent of the Victorian era, it has the unfortunate implication that the world really is trapped in a never ending cycle of torment that is impossible to break.
I feel like that mysterious figure could be the new twilight princess. On the wall art the figure has a regal feel to her... Just a theory but it would be really interesting to have the twilight people come back into this.
Sadly i dont think that is demise. He has a longer sleeve on his left arm, just like ganondorf at the end of the trailer. I think that figure is ganondorf completely powered by malice. Another theory could be that he gets demises spirit from the master sword and uses it to get even more powerful. We know that the master sword breaks, almost seems like ganondorf purposely broke it... maybe to release demises spirit. Aaaaanyways just wanted to give my 2 cents, ill shut up now lol.
At 7:40 in your video it shows Link falling towards Hyrule and there are two red spots on the ground that sort of resemble Malice in a way. If they do bring back dungeons could this be something of a "Go to this dungeon and clear it's malice"? This could be what we saw with the Gleeoc that had the malice styled eyes in the trailer, the dungeon boss is covered in malice and radiates that out to the rest of the dungeon so maybe we get something like the Divine Beasts? That might be kinda neat depending on how it plays out.
I think that shot from behind with the long flowing hair is just Ganondorf rehydrating via the blood moon and malice. The part where they don't show the face immediately is probably just pacing for the trailer.
That one Zonai-looking female definitely has to be Zelda either in a Zonai form or Hylia form (slim possibility on that one). She's using her right hand with a golden light, like Zelda has. They also wear the exact same clothing and it just makes me that much more curious. I cannot stop thinking about how things are gonna be so beautifully different with this one and I cannot wait for all of it!
1:57 I don’t know why, and I haven’t been paying super close attention to the trailers and gameplay teaser, but at first, I thought that structure was the sealed temple like in Skyloft
Notice how the dragon woman (the figure form the tablet?) is wearing the same kind of jewelry, specifically the necklace and forehead thing, as Zelda and this long-eared elf-like woman, who are both wearing tears around their neck. Maybe this is some sort of 7 sages situation, and there are more of these figures?
I don't think those were ghost ships. They more make me think of the ship in Skyward Sword. I think the "hair" on that mysterious figure in the lava wasn't actually hair. It makes me think of a merge between lava and malice. I seriously doubt Demise will be back - especially in a game where it's confirmed that Ganondorf is in it. UNLESS. Unless that's Ganondorf TURNING INTO DEMISE. That I would absolutely love.❤ My two cents anyway. Your quick reaction was amazing. I CANNOT WAIT until this game is out. Cheers.❤
fuck it why not both XD What if Ganondorf morphs into his true demise form? What if Ganondorf is trying to unleash demise, like Girahim was trying to do? I mean….Demise was sealed in the master sword, and that thing was attacked and BROKEN by Ganondorf’s (therefore DEMISE’) OWN MALICE. MAYBE, Just MAYBE, Demise is now able to be set free because the actual object he was sealed inside of has broken???? Idk it’s prolly just Ganondorf lmao, BUT i wouldnt be surprised if Demise shows up
So the two people behind the mysterious Looks like a rito due to the talons and the Great eagle bow the second person looks to be gerudo due to the sword (I can't remember the name of it), but from what I can see they ae new characters we have no seen yet so this is me theorizing that it could be a flash back to when Ganon was first sealed over 1,000 years before the story in Breath of The Wild. About the Demise idea I don't think it is it is most likely a powered up form of Ganon the way I came to that conclusion is that when we the red figure the background id the same as when see Ganon yelling which is him most likely powering up because in the shot he has a red tear on his forehead glowing as well as red magic moving on his body. So yeah that's all I have to say thank you for listening to my ted talk.
I feel like I am being gaslit into thinking that is Demise. I am like 90% sure it’s not. To me this clearly looks like Ganondorf being powered up by the blood moon. His hair glowing red with its power. Ganondorfs hair is very long just in the other shots it it tied back. Which it is not while he is a corpse. I think this is the seen of him rehydrating
My friend pointed out that the weird lizardesque character has what looks to be a 3rd eye on their forehead, which, when opened, would actually pretty closely resemble the sheikah eye given the shape of the eyelash-like bits. The bands in their hair have the ever so common zonai swirl pattern on them.
I was thinking that the shot of “Demise” is just Ganondorf since the arm texture matches that of his mummified form. Additionally, he had much longer hair in that form, so it appears to me that it is just a shot of his transformation to a revitalized form.
looking at your other video you said that one theory is that zelda used the recall tear to go back in time. maeby the place she is stuck are the zonai times?
@ 4:02 - That's definitely a first look at the Zonai people. Half-Dragon humanoids, or just full Dragon humanoids. Because there's been so many dragon references to the Zonai's culture and architect designs.
The impact of this trailer has been that powerful that I got sick since then, I literally haven't eat anything in the whole day because I stayed in bed sleeping and even now i have a headache so I literally woke up like ganondorf, frustrated, so near to the victory I can't die here XD
Something interesting about the recall ability is it's name: "recall". If it just moved objects backwards, you'd think it would be called "rewind". But recall can also mean to remember, or to bring something (or someone) back. The symbol on the tear that Zelda holds matches the recall ability, which is also present on Link's hand during the 7 second teaser when he holds the broken Master Sword. It seems like the recall ability might play a more important role in the plot than the other abilities. Or it was just an interesting word choice for the English localization and means nothing.
Grácias señor Hyrule Gamer, hoy no tuve un buen día, y ver un nuevo video de usted me hizo sentir un poquito mejor. No puedo esperar a oír sus teorías!! ^v^
I don't believe that is Demise. He more resembles the Ganondorf or Ganon depicted in the mural at the end of the trailer. He even has a horn, which is a feature Demise does not have. I've concluded this is a transformed state of Ganondorf. I call him Mural Ganon or Blood Moon Ganon.
4:36 I think on the left is Tulin as you can kinda see his “tear” on his foot we get a glimpse at later in the trailer. And right possibly Riju bc that weapon looks like a gerudo scimitar.
I'm pretty sure that fire maned figure is Ganondorf either powered up or what he looks like while regenerating. Demise was killed and Ganondorf is his reincarnation. For them to be two separate figures active in the same game makes no sense, merely just Ganondorf's design evokes Demise's imagery
I personally don’t think that’s Demise, I think the trailer shows Ganondorf before and after rehydration. The hair looks similar to how it did in the announcement trailer, and he’s standing on the same exact platform as Ganon later in the trailer
If you look when the "new champions" or "descendents" are together the 3 you can see have tears like Zelda dose Riju: in her earing Teba or tulin (Not sure): is on his bow Siddon (I think I spelled that wrong): on his gauntlet Zelda: on her necklace
And that tower that you mentioned could be the tutorial area. After they showed it from the outside, it was giving me strong vibes of tge place inside thunderhead. Mainly the circular structure that you'd turn the columns to line the bridge up. Looked so much like it to me.
I’m a VERY RECENT play through of BOTW, I noticed that the barbarian helmet has hair that looks like the red dreadlocks of the “Demise” character. I’m not saying it’s Zonai, but that could also be a warrior of the tribe who is angry they were left behind on the surface while the rest of the Zonai went up to the sky.
i love Falcon's theory over on gameranx that Ganon is in fact Demise, his full power unleashed by breaking the Master Sword, and that Zelda will become Hylia, meaning Tears of the Kingom will lead into the war that happened in the opening of Skyward Sword, giving credence to the Ouroboros sign in the game's logo, that the end is the beginning of everything. also, since you asked, i think the larger mysterious figure is one of the Zonai and the other figure that looks like Zelda is how Zelda will look like once she becomes Hylia.
Hey, HG! I'm so pumped for this game and can't wait for it to come out in less than a month! Woo! So, I have a small theory in regards to recent displays of Tears of the Kingdom: I feel like because of years upon centuries of being in another realm, essentially, the Zonai may have evolved into dragon-like folk because they've been around the dragons we've seen in the skies of BotW, plus another new one that's being talked about from images and early trailer/gameplay footage. Evolving to adapt to the skies while worshipping the very beasts they symbolize as Courage (of the Triforce) would explain their look, especially with the hands and skin being deepwood green/dark green in color.
That initial platform Link dives past appears to be the same place Zelda is standing holding the master sword. You can see the stone table that the sword is lying on, as well as the stone blocks which are slightly higher than the base of the platform around the edges. I think it is also where she is standing in the final shot calling to Link
I think you’re 100000% correct about that being Demise. I saved the video so I could look frame by frame, and when it first shows him, if you look closely at his hands, they have the same scales that Demise had all over his arms in Skyward Sword. But I think it’s possible that Ganandorf himself BECOMES Demise. He starts off as a skeleton, and perhaps maybe throughout the game, the more he destroys, the stronger he gets until he’s back to his more familiar self. And in the trailer, Ganandorf tells Link not to look away and witness his revival blah blah, then he screams like a psychopath while ish is flying all around him… I believe this is actually the scene where Ganandorf straight up becomes Demise. Or not who knows 🤷🏼♂️ lmao
I'm just about every game featuring Ganondorf, we fight him in a couple of forms, at least 2. I don't think the figure with malice hair is Demise,I think it's Ganondorf's "ultimate form". I DO think, however, that the devs purposely alluded to Demise's character design.
Also he looks like he is wearing a one-sleeved samurai kimono, just like the new official Ganondorf artwork in which he is holding a sheathed sword in his left hand. And everyone thinks those are scales on the left arm, but they are striations patterns in the fabric. So,I wouldn't pretend this is cut-and-dry a different person.
@@MrTravoltatron I completely agree. To be honest, I think it would cheapen the experience if we are fighting THE Ganondorf for the whole game (first time in about 20yrs, believe it or not), and then at the end they're like "psych! Demise the actual bad guy now". That's what happened in Twilight princess, and I didn't care for it then either.
Yeah that would seem cheap from a writing perspective. I guess they've done it before, from what I've heard. Also, Demise felt that way too, but at least they mention him I guess.

After link’s arm is covered by malice, it turns the same color as the zonai‘s skin (or at least who we assume the zonai are in the latest trailer) does this mean that the zonai were
attacked with malice? is that why they disappeared?
no I think link just got 3rd degree burns
4:54 if you look to the shape of nose and then compare it with the trailer its the same nose (flat nose) like demise too!!! his head is tilted back looking up (forehead right side, chin left side) you can make out his facial features and it does look like demise. Ganondorf has a more pointy nose. Also, I think we hear Demise telling the story of Ganondorf. That a king is being revived and a new world born. When we hear Ganondorf scream, you clearly hear that this is a different voice. So yeah, I really do believe this is Demise! We're in for a treat
Demise is lame i don't want him overshadowing Ganondorfs return
@@barriehannon6857 I don't think he would overshadow Ganondorf IF it's indeed demise (a big IF) I think he would be more playing the role of awakening Ganondorf and making him the demontribe king. I'm so excited for Ganondorfs return and if demise is also back, that is a HUGE plus 😁
So something I've really noticed are
All.

Unpopular opinion: Skyward Sword is one of my fav Zelda games. The tornado. The monster in the tornado. The falling. The amber (the shape!!) that Zelda is holding. The bird Link rides.
Does anyone else see these all?
I have an Idea for the tear medallions in this game
What if each character with one of the tears are using the tear to call back to their ancestors for power.
That sounds really stupid
that sounds cool!! i would that mean link is connected to that zonai person in some way? their tears are both of their hand correct?
"even though it hasn't been that long of a time span (probably around 6 months to a year in the Zelda world) since we've seen them."
Judging by how Riju and Tulin have aged between games, It's probably been closer to 6 years than 6 months.
@@axmajpayne Yeah, Riju looks about 12 or so in BOTW and in this new trailer she looks like around 15, 16, or 17 :)
I want to point out something I haven’t seen yet, but during the evelvator scene and the scene after the strange person, it has a distorted phrase that says “The Future” and I have a feeling the elevator has to do with the Time Travel. It’s at 1:39 and 1:43 of the original trailer.
I HEARD THAT SHIII TOO!!! I thought I was going crazy
@@donebynone30 same, especially since every channel I’ve seen glossed over it, even saying they didn’t see the importance of the scene. (I may have misunderstood what they meant but I’m pretty sure they meant that scene)
did you see the sheika-switch (link is holding a device that IS THE SWITCH and its pluged in LIKE THE SWITCH to something)
@@dragonwolf3072 yeah, he had the slate
Yeah me too ! Well personally i heard « our future » but that’s the same !
Having Demise AND Ganondorf in the same game would be so awesome
Plus Zelda and Hylia, we'll have the original conflict again
So, if Ganondorf is summoning Demise and Zelda is summoning Hylia... Who is Link going to summon?
I would LOVE if all the old foes returned; Ghirahim, Vaati and Zant (this clearly is the Child Timeline, at this point and the Ancient Sea Salt comes from the Lanayru Sea, not from the Great Sea... So, that's not an argument).
I also wouldn't mind seeing Fi, Ezlo, Navi, Tatl and Midna make an appearance - giving their power to this Link.
@@Craigy2818 This game happens in all timelines fam (somehow)
@@Craigy2818 Fierce diety
@@Craigy2818 this sounds a bit too much like some MCU circlejerk stuff honestly, where characters are thrown in to make people go "WOWZERZ!!!" Then that's it.
I think I'd prefer the return of characters specific to the conflict with Demise, so Fi and whatnot.
A couple ideas of the Mysterious figure. The first being their facial features look pretty dragon like.
Those are also definitely a Gerudo and Rito behind them because they're holding the Champion's weapons. The original pilots of the Divine Beasts from thousands of years ago maybe?
Yes, I was thinking dragon too.
I’d argue this is unlikely I don’t think they’d both be in the game
I definitely think it'll be a transformation as the common fan theory is that Ganondorf is the reincarnation of Demise. I mean, have you ever seen them in the same room together?
@@tomk.7685 Actually no he not
Evil doesn't generally like to share power. But maybe ganondorf's possessed by demise, and is a puppet.
Isn't ganondorf the mortal incarnation of demise like zelda is hylia?
Can I just say ? I absolutely love how you leave the bloopers in the final cut each time. I mean, even if you are reading a script, it makes it feel so much more genuine, like an actual talk tbh. And while I’m here, awesome content, I love your videos :D
💜
5:10 ganondorf has actually longs hair shown in the official artwork and in his dehydrated form
@Hyrule Gamer
Honestly, I think they're not giving us straightforward Demise and Hylia.
Don't make assertions, it might be but we don't know, let's wait and see.
It’s probably ganondorf because he is in front of the blood moon and it’s probably the scene of him healing and restoring his body.
Personally I believe that the mysterious character is from the zonai tribe. By the way, how do you make this good quality videos in a few hours!!! Awesome as always
Yea thats what i was thinking they’re even wearing all the zonai jewellery that zelda is wearing too
I'm about 99% certain that this is the case.
Agreed, he probably won’t make a return in his form we saw in (if he even comes back at all, which I doubt)
I think it’s more symbolic than anything, maybe Ganon is calling upon the powers of the demon tribe
I'm not sure that figure is demise (It would be really cool if it was), since the lines on his body seem to match up with Mummy Ganon's body. I think that shot is him powering up and revitalizing.
He is also standing exactly where we see Ganondorf stand later on in the trailer.
Its demise
Also, Demise has orange flames as hair, that shot shows a thick hair that's glowing red with the Blood Moon, so I believe it's the Blood Moon restoring Ganondorf to his prime.
@@GeorgeZimmermen aged like milk
Has anyone noticed that the clip right after "Demise" the Twilight princess theme plays for exactly three notes
Nice catch, considering all the Shiekah related items have an eye on them
It's a male, but yes he has a real third eye !
(and his name was leaked in the artbook)
He's draconic
@@IKR_C I’m trying to avoid the artbook leak so I didn’t know
@@IKR_C i haven't looked at any leaks, so I wasn't aware. I though they looked feminine, so I went with she.
The floating ships seem to be in Hebra, since it looks like Link is in the Snowquill armor. I think they have a Rito vibe to them. But Ghost ships would be Sweet too!
I was thinking that it was like a ship of transport that the Rito would power with their wind abilities.
Don't know why HG thought those were ghost ships, they don't look like that at all
Ganondorf does have long hair as shown in the official artwork of him released on twitter by nintendo, so its probably ganondorf and the shot of not showing his face, just to make a moment of suspense in the trailer. Great vid tho!
7:00
Mate… that just the rist peninsula…
4:13 I think it's the horned statue
I wanna say that this guy shown at 3:45 is a Zonai. The Zonai worrshiped the dragons as if their Gods, and the Zonai are dragon-like people
I’ve been trying to tell this to people!
4:18 Me jokingly in my head: "Definitely Tingle"
4:21: :D XD
I'd just like to say how much I appreciate the fact that this video has subtitles! Not many other creators put subtitles in their videos and this made it SO much easier to watch for me. Thank you!
2:47 I think those are Rito ships, not ghost ships. Since they are in Hebra and, they have feather-like paddles sticking from the bottom.
We shall see!
We still might get a playable Zelda wielding the master sword and shooting laser beams from her hands.
5:27 other people have thought that those people in the background are zonai champions
5:43 My first though upon seeing the figure was Demise but then just assumed that maybe it was Ganondorf. Definitely looks more like Demise though
Ganon is finally rehydrated, with malice ig
i am so fricken hyped!! your videos are a much needed frame by frame we can enjoy together on ideas for what we will see in it!!
It's Ganondorf. The flesh is 'roped' liked dried muscles, not scaled.
5:05 I have a feeling that is Ganon during the Blood Moon.
Or it's Demise talking to Ganon in some kind of flashback or mindmeld similar to how Ganondorf did with Zant.
I think that shot from behind with the long flowing hair is just Ganondorf rehydrating via the blood moon and malice. The part where they don't show the face immediately is probably just pacing for the trailer.
great video! i realised parts of kakariko have ruins and there are some things that resemble airships in the air above
You told me you predicted Zelda, you predicted correctly my friend 😊
That I would absolutely love.❤
My two cents anyway. Your quick reaction was amazing. I CANNOT WAIT until this game is out. Cheers.❤
I like how through so much of the video, you can just hear the joy and happiness in his voice.
Yeah, I don't think that's Demise.
I'm guessing it's either powered up Ganondorf (possibly in the distant passed).
Or Ganondorf in mid rehydration.
fuck it why not both XD What if Ganondorf morphs into his true demise form? What if Ganondorf is trying to unleash demise, like Girahim was trying to do?
I mean….Demise was sealed in the master sword, and that thing was attacked and BROKEN by Ganondorf’s (therefore DEMISE’) OWN MALICE. MAYBE, Just MAYBE, Demise is now able to be set free because the actual object he was sealed inside of has broken????
Idk it’s prolly just Ganondorf lmao, BUT i wouldnt be surprised if Demise shows up
I've just seen a confirmation that Ganondorf is voiced by Matt Mercer from critical role!!
Ha! So everyone's guesses it was him are confirmed
I appreciate how you use Twilight princesses soundtrack in your videos, it’s by far my favourite game of the series!
So many mysteries. It’s going to be a blast uncovering each and every one of them. Keep up the great work brotha ❤
It's gonna be so much fun!
4:07 admit it... you wanted him to say midna SO bad
👀
@@HyruleGamer thank you for the great content, i'm looking forward to watching your TOTK videos!!
The biggest detail with this trailer is how it’s amazing 🤩
YES
I still can’t believe it’s been 4 years since that first trailer was shown !
Did you notice the wingsuit @ 1:34 in the trailer? It was very brief but you can see Link using it in the scene when he's falling through the lasers
6:22 it's the goddess Hylia, ancestor of Princess Zelda
My friend pointed out that the weird lizardesque character has what looks to be a 3rd eye on their forehead, which, when opened, would actually pretty closely resemble the sheikah eye given the shape of the eyelash-like bits. The bands in their hair have the ever so common zonai swirl pattern on them.
I dont think the SHips are ghost-Ships. In the scene with the Rito those ships are visible as well and those ships have Rito Carvings.
I was thinking that the shot of “Demise” is just Ganondorf since the arm texture matches that of his mummified form. Additionally, he had much longer hair in that form, so it appears to me that it is just a shot of his transformation to a revitalized form.
Also the clothes are the same
It’s the same with zelda and link as well. It seems like ganondorf, link, and zelda are all shapeshifting into their respective deities.
I think either ganondorf’s power is growing rapidly changing his appearance to look like demise, or ganondorf IS going to turn into demise
looking at your other video you said that one theory is that zelda used the recall tear to go back in time. maeby the place she is stuck are the zonai times?
7:00 that's probably the Patch off the coast of Akkala where you have to get the Shrine Orb to in order to unlock the Ritaag Zumo Shrine
ZONAI DRAGONBORN!
What if we MERGE timelines? The more I think about it, the more it makes sense!
Grácias señor Hyrule Gamer, hoy no tuve un buen día, y ver un nuevo video de usted me hizo sentir un poquito mejor. No puedo esperar a oír sus teorías!! ^v^
The instant I saw Zelda in that Zonai outfit only one thought crossed my mind, "Hyrule Gamer is probably SCREAMING right now"
I don't believe that is Demise. He more resembles the Ganondorf or Ganon depicted in the mural at the end of the trailer. He even has a horn, which is a feature Demise does not have. I've concluded this is a transformed state of Ganondorf. I call him Mural Ganon or Blood Moon Ganon.
Grateful to have been there with you 🖤
2:10 seems to be exactly where Zelda sits when she says "Link you MUST find me" unless there's multiple identical structures
I get the happy feelings every time I see 'missed secrets' video by Hyrule Gamer
If you look when the "new champions" or "descendents" are together the 3 you can see have tears like Zelda dose
Riju: in her earing
Teba or tulin (Not sure): is on his bow
Siddon (I think I spelled that wrong): on his gauntlet
Zelda: on her necklace
Woo!
So, I have a small theory in regards to recent displays of Tears of the Kingdom:
I feel like because of years upon centuries of being in another realm, essentially, the Zonai may have evolved into dragon-like folk because they've been around the dragons we've seen in the skies of BotW, plus another new one that's being talked about from images and early trailer/gameplay footage.
Thank you Hyrule Gamer. I stayed up to watch this. Yes it’s only 930 where I am but it’s been a long exciting day.
When talking about the figure in the painting, the characters in the background might be a Rito and a Guerudo Soldier
