Jason Dept oh I know, I’m always looking at the updates of the original chucky, and I can’t wait to watch the series, I hate that lots of people think this is from the same creators when you can tell the lack of experience and the short time it was filmed, plus the idea is pretty dumb for the reboot, a robot you can just dump in water and it would die, it’s a computer doesn’t really have motivation or anything like that, chucky the original is a great concept and very well thought that you see the doll in the first movie changing to a more human version since its possessed and that as and idea is better, plus chucky was a robot too if we think about it, he needed batteries band could move his face without having a soul in it lol, the only difference is one has WiFi the other doesn’t.

I really wish people weren't so damn harsh towards this movie. The whole take on Chucky being obsessed with Andy to the point of killing everyone he loves is what I've always wanted Chucky to be, but all I see are people bitching about his design, which looks great in the vast majority of clips we've seen. Meanwhile people obsess over Annabelle, who literally just sits around menacingly and makes things move. I want this movie to succeed so bad. It's not like the original franchise is going to disappear.

I’m so happy it’s animatronics and not CGI. As a long time fan of the series, it was my main contention for supporting the movie. I know others are mad about Brad not being the voice, but I said I’d forgive that as long as it’s not all CGI. So I’m on board
