I love the average at everything comment . Relatable for sure . Not taking yourself too seriously and just enjoying every sport is the key . Tough to lose the competitor ingrained in any athlete
That's why it is good to stay lifting after you stop sports. You can compete against others if you want, but you can always compete against yourself from a week, month, year ago, etc...
