@@LighterMandy they were sooooo good!!!! The beef patties were a bit tough but the lamb was absolute perfection! Will be getting them again :)
Best and most effective treatment for dandruff (and happily, the least expensive): take about 6 lemons leaves (hopefully someone near you has a lemon tree if you do not). Put them in a heatproof glass jar or jug and poor on 600ml boiling water. Leave it to cool. Remove the leaves. Use the water as the final rinse after shampooing and conditioning your hair. Keep doing this every time you wash your hair until it clears up. Shouldn't take more than two or three goes. All the best! I enjoy your videos. 😀

Couldn’t agree more about the comments.. I did see those on your last grocery haul and was annoyed for you.. no need for it. Someone commented on one of my grocery hauls and said i was disgusting and encouraging people to become obese 😡 I’m with you I like to watch for ideas and to see what’s new to try.

Great haul (no one’s business what you eat or do!!) do you have Aldi in Australia? Their own brand for dandruff is really good ! Also the skincare is amazing xxxx

Ignore user name, my son has taken over! I have psoriasis on my scalp and sometimes into my eyebrows. Funnily dyeing my hair clears it up for a bit! Moogoo cream is also good.
Loved the grocery haul as always! Sorry to hear you are getting negative comments 😢 for the dandruff head and shoulders works well but also shampoos with ginger in are really handy too!

Yay for free icecreams! I've noticed mandarins very hit and miss this season, we've had some really bad ones and some really tasty juicy ones! Strawberries have been a bit cheaper the past few weeks they were like $7 a punnet a month or so ago
@@Sonja... online shopping is so hit and miss some free some missing… but that’s the risk you take I guess!
I’m glad strawberries have come down a bit. They did get so expensive for a bit! Yes the mandarins are just not right this season at all. Such a shame as we do love them.
Definitely try to rule out psoriasis. Otherwise try a scalp brush to really work in the shampoo. Shampoo 2x as well. It also just feels nice 😂

Have you looked into whether you might have psoriasis? If you do your GP can prescribe special shampoos and ointments ❤
Thankyou ❤ I might need to make an appointment to get seen. Even if it’s to rule it out. It’s really horrible the flaky scalp. But now noticing drying parts on elbows and finger quite possibly it could be!
Psoriasis is not much fun! Generally, you’ll develop “scales” on your scalp ((kinda similar to the cradle cap babies can get). If you scratch the scales off, they can bleed. The doc gives me a treatment that is in a bottle … you let it sit on the scalp for 20 minutes, then the scales come off very easily when you wash your hair. I have eczema too - also a possibility. Absolutely get it checked out … you may get a referral to a dermatologist.
Coles are weird. I continually get more fruit and veg than I ordered. If the number is higher than 3, there’s a struggle!!
@@RachelARBlack I rarely go Cole’s I though I would for a change they usually have better quality fruit then Woolies. Well our local shops I find that anyway. But it is frustrating when you don’t get what you ordered.
For Dandruff try.......
* Moogoo Shampoo and Moogoo Scalp cream.
* Nizoral Shampoo.
* Davroe Anti Dandruff Shampoo.
* Graham Natural Shampoo.
These are all good.
For Skincare try.....
* Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser
* Cetaphil Moisturizer.

Nizoral is a medicated shampoo that helps dandruff and clear it but you only use it once or twice a week between your normal shampoo.
Some people just use it once a week as it can dry out your hair but it's good for many skin issues too.
Find it at your local chemist.
My son has recently had very bad scalp issues think due to being teenager and I used the moogoo scalp cream left it on for 10mins and washed off with Moogoo Shampoo and his scalp is now clear.
But everyone is different as what works for some doesn't always work for others.
Trial and error I think but personally have had good results with each of these shampoos.
