I have an idea for a topic. Talk about the duration of injection, shiming injector spring can we increase or decrease the injection pressure / time and injection duration?
How exactly do you find zero on the pump to fit it to bench? Is it full duration on no1 cylinder cam? And did someone let rip at the start of the conclusion lmao?

What does twisting the element barrels do? I thought it was for changing the phasing, but now im not so sure about that
you turn the element barrels only when you are calibrating the pump not when you are phasing the pump.
How r they able to be out of sync? Thought the cams were ground precisely....
Conrad Sinsua pretty much the same reason as a valve train, we are only talking of 0.1mm adjustments generally.

The degree wheel on the bench moves independently of the black part he’s using the tool on to find TDC.
What about the OM 642 ? Would that also a good powerhouse ?
