You spoke of having tea at prayer group, which reminded me of a prayer group I go to. It is at a contemporary Catholic parish, and this was many years ago. We used to walk in and their would be a table with pictures of Our Blessed Mother and candles and we would sit in a circle. We would talk before it began. The more traditional people wanted to bring Adoration to the parish, which was OK with me, though I did not know what that was. It was finally approved, and when I went the first time, I thought now I can see why they got rid of it. I hated it. Everyone loved it, but not me. It totally changed the whole dynamic. Now, there was no talking. We were in the chapel instead of in the room, so we were seated in rows, not in a circle. We could not talk. It seemed so cold and unfriendly. All the warmth was gone. I told my mom I was not going anymore, so she said she would not go, either. Well that made me feel bad because I knew how important it was for her, so I continued going. She passed away a few years later. I have come to love Adoration, the peace and quiet, and just sitting with Our Lord. I can pray, read religious books, or just be quiet and close my eyes. I needed time to understand, because at first it seemed stone cold.
I think we all Need Beautiful Prayer groups, you are Hearing Correctly Robert, don't doubt yourself, it's all Great what you are doing🙏🌍🙏🍀🕯️🍀I have heard Our Lady used to be telling St Pio peoples sins in their Confessions with St Pio🙏🌹
