Regarding Sandy's husband: his name was Raymond Lewis. He was a high school legend in Los Angeles and wound up becoming equally dominant in college at Cal State Los Angeles, where he averaged over 35 points a game, which was absurd for that time. He became the youngest player ever drafted at the time. He was selected 18th overall by Philadelphia in the first round, and there was significant buzz around him. He was drafted low because he was so young, didn't finish college, and back then, it was considerably different than it is now with mindsets when it came to that. A lot of the teams were scared off by it and worried about his maturity. He participated in the team's rookie camp, where he was doing REALLY well for himself, outplaying Doug Collins who went on to become a 4-time NBA All Star and later became more famously known when he coached the Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. He was ultimately fired and replaced by Phil Jackson, which we all know what happened then. Anyhow, there was a contract dispute between Lewis and the team, and he walked out. Sixers coach Gene Shue suspended him for the year and told him to grow up. He tried to sign with the ABA but Philadelphia blocked it. He was invited back to the team in 1975 but after a few years off, wasn't the same. Didn't play as well, allegedly had an attitude and walked out again. The Sixers had enough and released him. He had a few tryouts in later years with the Knicks and Clippers, but never again made an NBA roster. He wound up becoming a street ball legend, but there are many who call Ray Lew the greatest that never was. Unfortunately, his story doesn't have a happy ending. He had a major battle with alcoholism. Never was able to fully overcome it. Wound up having a stroke and a leg amputitated. Spent the last month of his life in the hospital after the stroke and died. This was in 2001. So, while he technically never played in the NBA, dude was a legend for sure in basketball.
Wow...both of Nina-Jo's games came down to the final spin....To be fair, only 12 slides would have lost it for John on that final spin (the $500 slides in squares 2, 3 and 12, and, of course, the nine whammy slides)
Sandra’s husband never played pro ball. He had an issue his rookie season with his contract and never played in the NBA. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2001 at the age of 48 following amputation of an infected leg
15:54 is like when Drew Carey tells a contestant to sit down on “The Price Is Right” because he or she bid $1 and the bell sounded for the perfect bid.

Boy, it was very close between Nina-Jo and John and John pulled it out by about $750 - that's $758 to be exact. It cannot get any closer than that.

Wow they weren't the brightest in the bunch.
I could sure tell that Nina Jo was disappointed on John's last spin. Nina Jo was still a great contestant.

That's awesome.
It was close again between Nina Jo and John, not as close as the show before, though.
So what?!

MBK1987 i thank you!!! I've been wanting to see this episode again for a long time! Nina Jo is one of my favorite contestants
15:54 is like Drew Carey telling a contestant to sit down on “The Price Is Right” when they bid $1 and the bell sounded for a perfect bid.
I don't care what you say TVLubber, I'll ask a question or make a statement anytime I want So.....

What episode was that
Awesome game
Andrew literally should've been back for a 2nd time, because he would've won again for his third day.
No
John wins, and why Nina-Jo learned her lesson from the previous episode: If you don't deserve to win, do not come back!
Andrew, you're an idiot
Or, if Paul doesn't hit the buzzer so quickly....that said Nina-Jo won fair and square. Get over yourself
