I am shaping up to getting a KLX230SM in Thailand. They are made over here. It will be one of three bikes, the other two get regular use as does a 155cc Yamaha scooter which will make way for the 230SM. I have enjoyed all your 230SM videos.
I have a 2022 Heritage and also a ZX4RR. I ride the Ninja a lot and when I get out on the Heritage I have to readjust to it because I don't know if you can get farther apart on a scale of bikes as these. It takes me a little bit to feel comfortable going into curves on the Heritage again and I have pushed it really good before. I also have an XT250.
Every Harley owner I know rides two or three times a year to bike meetups or festivals. I ride a cb300r and a Speed twin 1200, both are a blast to ride and I ride 25,000 kms a year. Never rode a Harley so can't criticize either way.
I feel like all bikes have there differences especially when your going from sport bikes to Harley or a motorcycle. They handle different there weight is different the body of the bikes itself are different so definitely could see where you're coming from I have a 300 sm and love it its definitely a chill every day rider for me and yes the trans on the klx are so smooth I agree it almost effortless to switch gears on the klx. I will have to agree my klx is not going anywhere. Stay safe and ride on!

Yeah, I don’t understand how people can buy motorcycles and not ride them…. Seems like a waste

I wonder if there's a reason the HD only had 600 miles put on it in the six years before you got it. The Starbucks was close by?
Thin handle grips make my hands cramp. Wonder if you're experiencing the same problem. 🤔
It’s a common thing at the beginning. You’ll get used to it
Sounds good cause, I was used to it with going to a sport bike and supermoto but the cruiser is what threw me for a loop
