Sadguru what achievement u have madein one life time is incomparable I remember that day in my college days in 80s we were on a excursion from college to Anathagiri hills some 40 kms from Hyderabad we met u ,u were on a motor cycle to see the world,ur journey beyond was wonderful I could recollect that moment after seeing ur old photos recently nearly 40 yrs after Jagadish bhai has become Sadguru in comparable way ur achievements are beyond words hope to meet u again before u or me depart waiting for that moment as life takes us beyond

Life is not eternal, whenever we forget that we get a awakening call in the form health issues. There is no exception to anyone whatever he may be. Time and again, Wisemen came and went in different ages and none stayed eternally. Life evolves with new Wisemen.
By not existing, you mean having life in a creation not just light. You might know this as the two ways to enter the body. The path few chose was the one not having always do much added energy. The place you work to build might go well. Unless living there is not as well as being at a home. The virtual reality can be okay. It's teaching well answers that those lives do not understand fully. At least in the amount it takes to grow, develop, all things that are already . The point best to mind is growth is an enjoyment not to rush.ives are filled with old and new because selection is vast. Some scented, some colorful, some new of ideas. Some to make like creation. By that time visiting in the body's might be more than mind traveling but in more space some things are less taxing .

I believe that" He "has been here and right under all our noses Most will not see most all of us would not believe and most all of us will refuse him. Would you know who "he" is? Would you recognize "Him" if you saw him? perhaps not becuse he does not fit in the box we made him in, but to me he has been here spreading the word for humanity and one day when we are all gone people will see and people will believe. You have to give when it's uncomfortable to start in.
when you want to relax at the moment some one asks you for something. And you do it and tell yourself. What the heck is wrong with you. With that heckler in your head saying reasons to gripe. You do it and your lighter instantly. If you do it happily you get happy. I do. I've done both. I know what one I like most. What? I'm going to keep myself out of it? What do I get then ? I get hollowed out. I mean people tell me. They didn't mean right now?
Because they expect you want to relax and take your sweet old time. It's mind game with you in the middle. I know it. Ha. life is filled with it. That's what life is. It's filled with stuff you either get a hold of or get held by it. But your the doer. I keep remembering
this when I really am tired and need rest. Actually after I start I realize I didn't need rest.

Thank you Akka. I benefit from your videos. I maintain daily Sadhana and try to live by IE principles. But from time to time I have doubts and these doubts get stronger each time. I'm not sure if Sadhguru is the correct path for me. Namaskaram 🙏
Just do your sadhna without any doubts ... If you doubt sadhguru this means you might also be doughting IE and other practises . If this happens you are going nowhere. Better not to do this way . Namaskaram
Yeah key is to just stick to the practises. And let the mind do what it wants to. In yoga, mind is not given too much importance anyway 😆
Same things happened with me,i also go through the same situation always thinking is it worth it to do all these sadhna i was also in confusion especially the amount of negativity against Isha and Sadhguru in net listening to them it's obvious for someone to doubt,but keep the practices on mind is always playing it's own game, Just be regular with your sambhavi at least for 6 months and try to give inner engineering crush course, one thing I want to say no one of us can't know who Sadhguru is even if anyone do shoonya samyamma still they know just a small fraction of him,so don't doubt he has mastery over life and death,he has fully controlled over prana or energy system it's not my believe if you are witnessing any consecration by him you will know what I am saying

To leave this world is nothing new since every mortal needs to go thru such process.
But where one's soul would be heading to, after death, would there be a big question mark above one's head.
So my advice is to know whom you are and what's your purpose in this world.

Can anyone help please? Sadhguru says while doing Yoga Namaskar 21 is a good number to get to. You start doing say 7 then add one more every other day and in about a month youl be doing 21. But if I do 21 in one sitting will I feel the benefits, or would I have to work up to 21? Thank you 🙏
