Hi Sandra - Here in Tellico Village (Loudon) we got 7 inches of snow. They are finally ramping up the building of our house in another section of Tellico Village (13 miles away) and that area only got rain and a light dusting of snow, but the ice there is very dangerous from what we hear. We are originally from Illinois and I don't miss this weather in the least. We lived in Arizona for 6 years before finally retiring here. Right now I miss Arizona! Thankfully, the cold weather doesn't last long here and looking forward to warmer weather next week from what they are predicting. Stay warm and I am praying for Mr. Bill's recovery. This cold weather is hard on people with lung issues.
Mr. Bill is from Illinois and he doesn’t miss that weather one bit. Yes it should be warming up soon here in Tennessee.🥰❄️💕

Hi Sandra! Your scarf around your neck looks so warm! Oh,bronchitis is terrible. I remember when my daughter had that. Emphysema my sister had that (she passed at 60 and also had COPD) and my two uncles had that before they passed. Prayers for your hubby to get feeling better!❤ Breathing that cold air hurts my throat and lungs and it's not good to expose yourself to that if it's uncomfortable. Great scripture! So comforting.

Plus I also have a rice pack that I made and put it in the microwave and heat it up and put it in the foot of my bed and it sure is nice for those cold nights❤ blessings to you and we got to make a time for a phone call❤

A bar of Irish Spring or Dial soap Under the mattress… I’ve never heard of putting it on the sheets where you sleep… helps with restless legs. Also low magnesium levels can be cause of restless legs. Hope Bill’s doctor is checking his magnesium levels.
Watching the progression of emphysema in loved ones is difficult.
I’m praying for Bill and you on this journey.
He takes Magnesium every night. Under the mattress? I’ve never heard that.

Sandra, Bill should go to a genuine China-trained acupuncturist. A true acupuncturist will treat Bill and the coughing will all but go away. Acupuncture triggers the immune system to heal the body.

Hi Sandy! Think about a vegan diet and talk with you doctor about it. Lots of love and you and Mr Bill are in my prayers. I suffer with ankylosing spondylitis which is a form of RA and Major Depressive Disorder. Your videos are a true blessing to me,. The meds cause hair thinning so thanks for thzt for thzt video . Ropinirole is good for RLS, talk to doctor. Sending love and prayers of healing❤
I used the bar of soap under the sheet for my feet feeling restless and uncomfortable. It helped me lots but I found that I needed to use a new bar when it didn't work so well ('I'd say ever few months or so). Eventually I no longer had the symptoms or that problem. I enjoyed this video so much. 💖

I hope the winter is okay for both you and Mr. Bill. Not easy to handle as you get older. LL Bean used to sell fleece socks. Fleece is very insulating and holds in body heat. You may want to check this. Marino wool is also warm without itching on bare skin. Cabelas sells marino wool socks. I also buy socks from Fox Socks and Thorlo's. Take care.

Make sure Bill covers his mouth and nose with a scarf when going outside in the cold. I have asthma and cold air is brutal for anyone with breathing issues. Also during the winter a humidifier especially in the bedroom helps as well as an air purifier. Hot water with lemon and honey helps soothe the airways and some of the bronchodialators help with breathing.

Hi Sandra! I so enjoy this channel! I have followed your move from Indiana (as I am originally from Indiana and now a Florida transplant). So happy that you are so happy! I would have to admit that I am jealous of all that beautiful snow - I do miss it! My husband is a good many years older than I am, and I so worry about how my life will be when he has gone. For now he is relatively healthy, but there becomes a certain age that you just never know. I hope I can be happy again. Keep up the happy, girl - you wear it well! Curious if you have ever thought of wearing your hair in a shorter haircut.

Dominique moved to Dallas Fort Worth. I can relate to her. She doesn't have any family at least that she ever speaks of. I have a very small family but she just has Styles. I wonder if she keeps in contact with her step children.

I agree with Cindy on marriage. I hope she sticks to her convictions because she seems to be having a hard time letting go of Eric. One is married to another, or one isn’t married. It’s both civil and spiritual; it’s not one and not the other. To hedge by offering to marry before a pastor but not before the state is not a complete gift of oneself to the other. In fact, I don’t think a pastor worth his salt would preside over such an arrangement. I think dear Eric, generous as he is, has issues concerning marriage to work through. As much as most people want to be married, it doesn’t always happen.
Mr. Bill did everything to get me to marry him I can’t imagine man just want to live with you. It’s so disrespectful of him to even suggest that but that’s how it seems to be now.
