- I had the opportunity to meet up with Sonnet from Sonnet's Garden Blooms (find her YT channel here) @SonnetsGardenBlooms we went thrifting together and talked non-stop the entire time. Sonnet is such an inspiration to me and so many others. I can't wait to see where this friendship goes.

I loved seeing your surroundings in your intro. It took me back to my childhood home, which I actually lived in for 39 years and bought from my parents and started my family in. there is nothing like those slightly foggy mornings, and the damp delicious smells that come with the beautiful countryside. Though I thought it was going to nearly be impossible to ever leave that place I did sell it 17 years ago and moved to the beach so that my children and my husband could go to and work at better schools. My husband is a teacher. We actually moved to where we used to go on vacation. This little town right on the coast was our absolute favorite place to spend as many weekends, and or vacation time at that we could. when God opened the door for my husband’s job and the amazing school for my children, we walked right through it, and we have been happy happy happy here. But, it was so nice to see your place in the intro and walk down memory lane😊

I was just at Hobby Lobby, and they started putting Christmas out. Way too soon…. I love the little table!
Christmas is way too early, however last Saturday I did start painting snowmen to get a jump on the holiday.
Our goodwill has a Christmas isle, all year round. Those milk glass Tom and Jerry mugs you passed….I would have flipped to find those in the wild!
Well you should be happy to know Sonnet did pick up the mugs after me with the same thrill you had to find them. :)

Connie, your little "colander" is an insert to a potato ricer tool. I have one.
I love it, are you using it to rice potatoes or for decor. My mom made rice potatoes and I'm not a fan of them at all. LOL
I think the creamer is pfaltzgraff.
