I had no idea that was Seoul in the background at the end. So many wanna accuse them of being too americanised but they really do celebrate their korean background everywhere they go.
I noticed that Koreans who came to Europe from Korea to study or to work don’t like when people say that they like Kpop or kdramas. They act like this is so not serious and treat you like you’re so silly. Americans, French , Germans , English are always so proud of their artists (music or movie) when they become world famous. I think Koreans should relax and enjoy achievements of their people. Before Kpop and Kdrama the majority of the people didn’t even know about South Korea. When someone said „Korea“ we thought instantly „north Korea“.

Thank you for explaining the last background view. When I first watched this performance, when I saw the waterfront, I knew it is not US or NY anymore. I thought it might be Seoul but I wasn't sure since ARMYs didn't mention anything on my TL. Now that I know, I feel proud too (as a fellow East Asian). Yes, BTS always use their platform to showcase the beauty of their country, customs and culture.

I'm American, but one of the things I admire and respect so much about BTS is their pride in their culture and heritage. They never fail to give respect to where they came from. It made me really happy to see the Seoul skyline in the background with the fireworks at the end. It's a beautiful thing to see when the US is struggling with so much hatred, racism, and xenophobia right now.
I am so immensely proud of them. I've never seen anything like this! BTS never settle no matter how incredible their achievements are. They keep pushing and working harder. Normally, when someone becomes a star, they think they can reduce their efforts. And often the public starts having such high expectations that they are unable to reach them. But I always expect great things from BTS and they still manage to surpass my expectations every time. I am glad to be alive in the era of BTS.
I think it was great how Bts are showcasing Seoul's skyline in the final part of the song. I'm sure it made all Koreans proud for their city to be featured worldwide. Bts are great ambassadors for Korea. It gave me goosebumps and I'm watching from Australia.

I am so immensely proud of them. I've never seen anything like this! BTS never settle no matter how incredible their achievements are. They keep pushing and working harder. Normally, when someone becomes a star, they think they can reduce their efforts. And often the public starts having such high expectations that they are unable to reach them. But I always expect great things from BTS and they still manage to surpass my expectations every time. I am glad to be alive in the era of BTS.

I think it was great how Bts are showcasing Seoul's skyline in the final part of the song. I'm sure it made all Koreans proud for their city to be featured worldwide. Bts are great ambassadors for Korea. It gave me goosebumps and I'm watching from Australia.

The fact that I am not korean but I am so proud of the fact that I live in the same generation where BTS is making history and I’m part of their fandom is making me feel so lucky 💜 how much more korean who became well known outside korea because of BTS foreign people knows not just kpop but the culture and even study hangul and go to korea just to see BTS and I’m one of those who went and travel 20hours just to watch BTS concert in Seoul 💜
