DESCRIPTION:
AND IT'S THAT TIME... GLOBAL LAUNCH OF THRONE AND LIBERTY! Back then I created a couple videos of myself trying it out / playing on Korean servers and found it pretty fun so I thought I'd stream the global launch this time in NA! I'll be choosing Staff + Daggers for my weapon setup and overall creating a build around that... I'VE HEARD IT'S REALLY FUN AND DECENT FOR BOTH PVE / PVP! Today might be quite boring as I have to just mainly level, farm, grind towards end game and hopefully not make too many mistakes as this game is heavily p2w. For example someone who swipes their credit card, can reach the soft cap / hard cap before someone that has to grind that gear, etc. but for the most part the items that these players are swiping for are BIS and they can also do the same with the traits needed for PVP / PVE to be a lot more powerful than someone who doesn't have it. It makes me sad to see this happening but from what I can see it's still completely possible for a F2P player to remain close to these players especially if you play a lot. For most casual players though, these players will be ahead of you! That doesn't mean you can't beat them or compete because you will and end up seeing yourself absolute destroy some of them at times once you get more powerful. Overall I wish that more new f2p mmorpgs stayed away from this idea of P2W / P2P, where they progress faster or can just generally buy what they need while others have to farm for it which is what I'd like to see from everyone as it keeps the game fresh without any intention of making money, etc. Other than that, I saw a lot of people playing Throne and Liberty as well as streaming it so I thought I'd make a character for global launch / try it out while playing a different class than when I played on the Korean servers.
