Great review man. I have an ecoboost and after upgrading the air intake, intercooler, and exhaust I put a pro tune on it and it sounds and feels so much better. It no longer has the issue you described which is it running out of steam after 5000 rpm. It pulls all the way to redline and feels strong. Not V8 strong, but a step above V6 strong. I'm making +60 peak wheel horsepower and +110 wheel horsepower after 5000 rpm.
Thanks. I knew that these cars can be pretty fast with some light mods. I've seen some outrun a 5.0L up until about 115-120mph than the V8 started to catch up. Good job Ford 👏
@@LawsonsCarReviews If you get the opportunity to drive the HPP EcoBoost with the handling package, don't pass on it, the difference is more than noticeable!!
@@LawsonsCarReviews I ordered a 2020 HPP loaded, premium, tech, safety, handling package, and added the GT350R big brake package with 19x10 Front & 19x11 out back, plus H&R Super Sport lowering springs for use with the magne-ride suspension the performance upgrades are next, gotta ‘whoa’ before you can GO 😁
Between this and a 6th gen V6 Camaro, overall which one do you like better and why exactly? I own a 6th gen V6 Camaro and love it, but might trade it in down the road for the Ecoboost Mustang. Just curious on your more detailed thoughts
That's a great question. I actually own a Camaro V6 RS convertible and its going to be the very next review coming up on the channel so stay tuned. They are very close as far as performance, but i pick the camaro because i like the look more, It revs higher, and it pulls higher on the top end and the V6 sounds a lot better than the 4cyl in the Ecoboost. But for a daily driver the mustang is probably better because its larger, more visibility, better trunk space, and if you want you can tune it to actually be pretty fast because it's turbo charged.
@@AntLive29 True, thats one reason i got a convertible! But you actually do get used to the blind spots after a while......If you don't die first because of them lol
from P to R. And R to P. it’s l really loud grind. Using paddle shifting it takes 2 seconds to shift. Also when stopping on red from high gear it puts 1” gear to fast and feels grinding clicking

You're so underrated bro. Your channel deserves at least 1M subs.
Thank You. I'll work on it... Still in the beginning stages
Great review champ! You’re teaching me a lot, thank you!!!
Thank you glad to help
Well done Mate. I just bought the exact same trim in Iconic Silver. Mine has a Active Dual Exhaust, and it sounds better than I imagined.
Just a test drive for me. I have a Camaro now
Awesome review and great guidance. Love the color and the night package. Thank you for doing this review it was amazing! Cheers
Thank you appreciate it. It's a nice car.
The HPP punches above it's weight class for sure
That's very very true
The gas you put in makes a BIG difference as well...93 for mine exclusively...the handling package is a must have, the magne-ride is amazing
Not driven one with that package yet

It's one of my favorite looking mustangs. Reminds me of the cs

I know that's not cheap and then people im sure say, why didn't you just get a GT for the price! But i like it because it's different

You can’t see out of the Camaro

Nice video, really nice. Just bought a low mile 21. 10 speed. Very nice car. That 4 cylinder will surprise ya ! No I’ll !! I say try one.
Yeah i've driven at least 10 of these now. 2 of them were drop tops.
It looks so nice
It actually is. Long gone are the days of mustangs with crap interiors
👍 good review bro

Another Mustang hater you always hate on what you can't have 🤣
I owned one for 8 years until just last year. And if you think I hate mustangs, you clearly didn't listen to anything I even said
