Something that really helps with this is to get into the habit of looking for evidence in your day-to-day life. If you look, you'll find it. If you find it, you'll believe it. If you believe it, you'll become it.

Here's some bit of advice i have for anyone. 1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) expand your scene with details, 3) write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress One Love🌟

I don’t made comments on RUclips, but this guy just speaks facts. 7 years ago, I was upset at the state of my life, feeling powerless while working in a complicated family situation. The money was good, but that was about it (some of you will think I’m ungrateful for feeling this way. Yes, my bank account back then was growing, but my happiness was at an all time low). I made a decision and left to start over from nothing, in another city, with a group of friends also starting from basically nothing. Fast forward 7 years, although the income is now similar (yes, it took me about almost 7 years to get back to where I was 😂), the level of self-worth and confidence is astronomically higher. Those few friends I restarted with, do similarly well now, they always tell me I was absolutely insane for walking away from that, but nobody knows you like you do! This is an excellent, passionate presentation. This is how I quit smoking back in my 20s. When I had a craving for a cigarette, a stimulus response, I would then get into the feeling of joy of not being a stinky smoker. I fell in love of the idea that cigarettes could not rule my life, which made me feel free (emotion); and that I didn't want to be a mother who smoked, which meant I was being a good mother (emotion) for not forcing my kids to breathe in bad air; and that my fingers and hair didn't smell like nicotine, which I believed made me repelling (emotion). As time went on my desire to smoke became less and less, and soon I was feeling empowered by knowing I didn't smell like nicotine, or that I didn't need to get away to have a cigarette break, which I hated that it ruled my life.
Since I've discovered your channel I have found watching your videos and taking notes as been one of the most helpful ways to focus on the positive and helps alleviate my anxiety. Each video is like a personal lesson. I've found that it's much easier to focus on the positive things in life since I've been doing this and it has helped immensely with my anxiety over the uncertainty of my future. It has given me something to focus on and actively do to reach my goals as I'm kind of in a situation of Limbo waiting for the next step in my future

He asked me 10 years ago for a book that will blow his mind and help build a solid foundation for rational thinking, he didn’t want generic self help books. And I gave him my only copy. Two days later he replied saying what the hell did I give him, it was so completely unlike anything he read before, and the impact is noticeable. Solid book hey, the new updated new psycho cybernetics is good and adapted for modern reading, but I still find myself sometimes jumping into the classic version.
