My fiancé and I will be moving to Langford in 5 years as our planned investment. I’ve lived there and return yearly for a week ever since 2015. We love the island! Also I just want to say I lived in Winnipeg also and you were generous to say the weather is the main reason when we all know the “crime” and gangs have a heavy presence in Manitoba especially Winnipeg and safety is the main reason for me why Victoria beats Winnipeg. Just my opinion of course.
