Bundles have 2 main problems to be fixed before being added.
1. controls: it's easy to use a bundle with a mouse but add touch controls for phone players it gets a little more complicated
2. the stacking problem: as of right now bundles aren't solving the problem they set out to do which is inventory management. The biggest factor in clogging up inventory is unstackable items but if put one of these items like a music disc in a bundle it takes up the entire space making it worthless.

I don't think it was ment to group unstackable items. It's useful for exploring since you will get items which would just clog up your inventory, like 3 random blocks, 9 golden nuggets, ... stuff like that

Fun fact: Apparently bundles are ready in Java, but they have no idea what to do about it in bedrock

And by bedrock I mostly mean pocket edition
