OK can we talk abut how Beavis is responsible enough to get up and go into work even though he doesn't want to. It's pretty clear that if Butthead wasn't around he'd be a dimwitted but fairly decent human being with an unfortunate fascination with fire.
If you read the wiki, its implied that Beavis's personality traits and directly responsible for him lacking proper parental guidance, hanging out with Butthead too much and his over indulgence on TV.
