As a teenager I think that people my age need to get back to reading more books. After hearing about Bram Stoker in my history class I was really excited to read Dracula. I can truly say it is one of the best books I have ever read and there is a reason it’s still a classic today. Stoker had a very unique voice for each of the characters and they’re very distinctive, which is very difficult to do when you have a book told from multiple perspectives. The absolute gut wrenching disgust I felt from reading the book itself is something that not even the most gruesome horror movies have made me feel. I actually really liked the medical analysis of the Lucy’s transformation because it made the story seem more real and interesting. You can truly see throughout the book that Stoker valued human equality and this is mostly expressed to the reader through Wilhelmina. Stoker was truly ahead of his time and this novel will forever remain one of my favorites.

Blood Farm seems like one of those books where atmosphere plays a large part in the enjoyment. Crawlspace looks soo creepy. I love the presentation of this monthly video ranking. Wish I would have thought of it haha
