Loved the country house with all that land. So beautiful. Really interesting point of view about the value of considering properties that are not renovated because you can see what needs to be done since it's exposed versus one that's 'renovated' where there may be problems lurking underneath that you can't see and therefore can become a more expensive proposition in the end. Also enjoyed the ride through the town seeing all the wonderful architecture.
Love the property with the big garden - just waiting for some imagination & a lot of grass cutting !!!! Could be gorgeous !!! I know Puglia, spent a holiday there some years ago in a Masseria (old manor house - wealthy country house). It was very interesting & educational !
Great properties with loads of potential, especially the house with the land ( property 3). Thanks for showing more amazing opportunities, really interesting 😊
all properties have potential.. depending upon what one wants - I appreciate the idea of renovating a place to personal esthetic… and not be put off by the rough state of property..
Lovely properties and thank you for filming them. I am interested in more information about the second property you showed with the garage and storage in town. Could you please share some more information about how to see it online? Thanks so much!
Most welcome! Yes of course here is the link. www.immobiliare.it/annunci/101790321/ that property is excellent value considering it’s level of renovation and the fact it’s ready to live in or rent straight away and in a wonderful position Let us know if you need anything :)
Lovely properties !! I particularly enjoyed number 3 (the garden :)), do you know where we can find more pictures of it, maybe an add online ? Will continue to follow your adventures
First time viewer. Nice video but Puglia is very big. You can't give some indication where you are (how far from airport etc) because that also affects the price.
Thank you. We aren’t the real estate for the property but the village is Oria which is 30mins by train direct to Brindisi airport one of the few villages with train connections.
Fairly good video. Need a lot less spinning around in each room. And perhaps invest in a camera with a wider angle lens. Many of the shots are of very small sections of the rooms. It would be much more preferable to take a few shots of each room from a corner so we can see the entire room at once.
Thanks for the comment. We make these videos with no financial gain so until that day I have money to burn on cameras il be using my phone to film. But will try to get some better angles and slow down. Thanks 😊
Hello, Such potential !! Could you provide a link to the first property? I'm not sure if you said where it was located. Love the view of the castle. Thanks
Hi! Yes we loved that one, it was just on the edge of the historic center of Oria! Really good location and a lot of potential. We said we would have bought that one if we had the extra money :) Here is the link www.immobiliare.it/annunci/99030826/
Wow, such a wonderful house with many opportunities to rearrange things. It's way too cheap for what it is. It can easily be double of asking price. And the view is fantastic - this cosy courtyard where you can say "Hi" to your neighbours in the morning, and look at this cute tiny street and other tiny houses.
Hi guys!, I have been following you for a bit now and enjoy your videos. We have been looking to buy a country house in the Apulia area since May and has gone through a variety of real estate agents with no luck. Do you think is possible to pass your real estate guy info to contact him??? Do you have any other connections with real estate individuals that can help us? Do you have any tips when contact them? THANKS!!
Hello! We can highly recommend the professionals at casa Puglia! They are super knowledgeable, responsive and helpful people, we trust them immensely. You can get in touch with Johan who helped us a lot recently at this email johan@casapuglia.com. They also speak very good English and work across most regions in Puglia. Best of luck with your search. Ebonie and Martin :)
As much as I would love to watch the whole video I had to stop. You make the video hard to watch 1st you move the camera to much and second you need to zoom out, you zoom in to much . I had to stop watching because my eyes began to hurt watching your video.
If you consider not ending every feature you list as you walk along with your intonation rising, like you're just checking off a list of items, and instead show some enthusiasm, you may find you have better success generating more interest. Talk to us about the discovery of the features as you walk through instead of just listing them. Show some variety in the way you point out the features.
😂 thanks for the critique Vern ! Perhaps you’ll send me your videos that you create for free in your spare time for people to enjoy so I have a good example….

Both are beautiful properties--thank you. However, I had a very hard time hearing you and I had my volume turned up.
Ok thank you for the notice! We only have our phones to film at this stage but I will try to make it louder if possible
I'd very much like to get a little more details about the country side property. Could you share a link to the offering? Thanks so much
Hi! Sure here you go! Love that one so much. Such a peaceful place

I only want to see your home...but good idea for others...
Showing others is good for the region :) hopefully more see they can live a simple and wonderful life or retirement in these places
Thank you. Where is the first house?
In the village called Oria in Puglia

Need to slow down when spinning camera as very uncomfortable to watch.
Will do ! Sorry
well done

Sure! Here is the listing

@@Maisondebase thank you!
Can you kindly give me info on the country house? Thx
Sure! www.immobiliare.it/annunci/101271423/
How much did they ask for that house
The charm of these places is that they're a little bit like a rabbit warren with all the twists and turns. It's certainly not cookie-cutter housing.
Yes certainly can be a challenge to figure out renovations in them sometimes too but that’s half the fun. Always something to discover
Sorry, I somehow missed the name of the town these properties are in?
@@2010katak the town is called Oria 😊 I have some other videos showing more of the town
